SCAM
I had been playing with 1win and everything was going normally. I placed several football bets and had several losing and winning tickets.

When I later wanted to make a withdrawal, 1win requested additional identity/KYC verification. I completed the verification successfully, but immediately afterwards my account was blocked.

Since then, I have been unable to access my account or my betting history.

At the time of the block, I had approximately €2,300 in my account, as well as several open bets with approximately €10,000 in potential winnings.

1win told me that my account was blocked under Clause 12.8, but they did not clearly explain what specific action I supposedly committed or provide me with a specific reason for the alleged violation.

I have not committed fraud, used multiple accounts, automated software or done anything unusual. I simply placed regular football bets.

I am currently requesting a full explanation, access to my betting records, information about my open bets and payment of any funds that are legitimately due to me.

I will continue pursuing this matter through the appropriate complaint and regulatory channels if it is not resolved.

I am posting this review to document my experience and warn other players about what happened to my account.

1WIN STILL HASN'T PAID MY R400 36+ HOURS AND COUNTING

I requested a R400 withdrawal at 17:36 on 18 September 2026.

It is now 20 September at 07:41 and I STILL haven't received my money!

this is the second time... the first time I withdrew, it took 3 hours to come through of 500..

However this time...
1win asked me for a bank statement. I provided it.

Then they asked again.

And again.

And again.

I have submitted my bank statement SIX TIMES!

Each time I had to download another updated statement from my bank, costing me R6.50 per download, just to satisfy the same verification request over and over again.

So I've repeatedly paid money to prove information that I've already provided — and my R400 is STILL sitting with 1win.

This is beyond frustrating!

If there is something wrong with my documentation, then tell me exactly what is wrong with it. Don't keep sending me around in circles asking for another statement... BECAUSE IM A LEGIT PLAYER and REAL PERSON!

I have screenshots/screen recordings and documentation proving:
• The exact time and date I requested the withdrawal
• The withdrawal still being unpaid
• My six separate statement submissions
• The repeated requests from support
• The additional bank charges I've incurred
• My conversations with 1win Support

I've kept the receipts. Every single one!

This isn't about the amount anymore. It's about the principle. If a platform can't process a R400 withdrawal after receiving the requested verification documents SIX TIMES, then customers have every right to question how withdrawals are being handled.

1win: I've done everything you've asked. I've provided the documentation repeatedly. Now pay the withdrawal.

P2P no acreditado y soporte no responde.
Hice un depósito en la plataforma utilizando el método de pago P2P (Persona a Persona). El dinero fue transferido exitosamente a la cuenta bancaria del tercero que el sistema de 1win me indicó y cuento con el Boucher que lo demuestra. Sin embargo, el saldo nunca se acreditó en mi cuenta de juego. Llevo días intentando comunicarme con el soporte técnico a través de sus correos oficiales y por los canales de ayuda, pero no he recibido ninguna respuesta humana ni solución a mi problema. Exijo que el departamento financiero revise mi caso de inmediato y acredite mi saldo o realice la devolución de mi dinero. asimismo las pruebas , el comprobante de pago y el QR generado por 1win lo envié por su correo y múltiples veces por chat en vivo. I wonder what the point is of playing on this site—unlike others that have top-notch support and almost instant withdrawals.

On the 06 September i made a wihdrawal of R300 to my bank account. My withdrawal was never paid into my account but on the 1win app it showed successfull. I immediately lodged an appeal on the site and send my bank statement as proof that it was never paid after 72 hours im still waiting for feedback. After numerous attempts and contacting support im told to wait....no feedback nothing. This site is quick yo take money when depositing but when coming to withdrawal one must struggle. Im not happy with their service and starting to think that whole site is a scam....

Una odisea es win 1 latinoamerica. Hice una recarga por transferencia. Que nunca llegó a mi cuenta. Pasaron dias diciéndome que esta en revisión. Como puede robarte de esa forma. Como puede crear una casa de apuesta así. Me dolió en el alma a ver confiado en ellos !

Que Plataforma Tan terrible, en una ocasión el día 7 de julio de 2026 realice una recarga de 800 bolívares la plataforma me la congelo y estube peleando y discutiendo con su soporte por el hecho de que me retuvieron esa recarga de manera arbitraria. Al final me la acreditaron el día 24 de Julio de 2026 y sin compensación ni nada debido a que me dieron menos dinero gracias a que el Bolivar se devaluó durante ese tiempo mientras me lo tenían congelado y no me dieron compensación ni nada por el estilo. Ahora volvieron otra vez con su wuachafita realice una recarga de 2000bs el día 24 de agosto y me la retuvieron otra vez y me dijeron que esperara un plazo "máximo" de 72 horas. Cómo yo quería jugar lo más pronto posible el día 25 de agosto realice otra recarga está vez de 2100bs y o sorpresa me la retuvieron también los ineptos estos me dijeron que en un plazo "máximo" de 24 horas me darían mi recarga. Ya hoy es 28 de agosto y llevo más de 94 horas esperando la primera recarga y más de 65 horas de la segunda recarga y la respuesta de soporte es que no saben porque tarda más de lo normal que ineptitud mi nombre de usuario es Themoipro mi ID es 347152629.
La orden de la recarga de 2000bs es SPP-1459071 y la de 2100bs es SPP-1478505. Si leen esto resuelvan mi problema y no sean ineptos que el dinero en mi país se devalúa y con cada Día que pasa pierdo dinero por sus estupideces y su ineptitud
