I want to warn everyone about my experience with 1win.

After winning around $2000, my account was suddenly blocked. They sent me a generic message saying I violated “clause 12.8” (fraud, multi-accounting, etc.), but they NEVER provided any proof or specific reason.

I want to be clear:
- I used only one account
- I did not use any bots or software
- I did not do arbitrage betting
- I followed all rules

After that:
- They stopped responding to my emails
- They ignored all my requests
- My balance is still locked

This looks like a clear case of refusing to pay a winning player.

I also contacted Curaçao, but they confirmed that old licenses are no longer valid, which means players basically have no protection.

If anyone had similar issues with 1win, please share your experience.

I will be posting this case everywhere until I get my money back.

Im so sorry I can not rate zero stars. Played many days , to put money in no problem. Lost 10,000+ very fast. Then got lucky and wanted to withdraw some funds. It is virtually impossible ! Email verification does not work . Phone verification it does not work. Spent 3 hours trying to reach anyone at support. They rarely replied but didnt fix the issue ... because the issue is not fixable as you should not be able to withdraw.

Such a scam. This is not a casino , its just another online scam. STAY AWAY !

Quiero dejar constancia pública de una situación muy grave con 1win.

Mi ID de usuario es 301232509 (Cristhian Moreno).
Realicé dos apuestas con los siguientes IDs: 225614525 y 225613958, correspondientes al partido Barracas Central vs Vasco da Gama (Copa Sudamericana).

La apuesta era clara: que Vasco da Gama (equipo visitante) no anotaba goles. El partido terminó 0-0, por lo que ambas apuestas eran GANADORAS. De hecho, inicialmente la plataforma las marcó como ganadas y acreditó el dinero en mi cuenta.

Sin embargo, al día siguiente, sin explicación ni justificación válida, retiraron el saldo de mi billetera y cambiaron el estado de las apuestas a “reembolso”.

Ya intenté solucionar esto por soporte y no dan respuesta clara ni solución.

Esto no es un error menor: es dinero ganado legítimamente que fue retirado después de haber sido acreditado.

Dejo esta reseña para que otros usuarios tengan cuidado. Si alguien más ha pasado por algo similar, sería bueno hacerlo visible.

Exijo una solución y la devolución de mi dinero.

Scamming with deposit bonuses

They’re basically scamming people with their bonuses. I made a deposit specifically to get a bonus, followed all the requirements, and still never received the freebet.

When I reached out to their support, it was a mess. Most of them had no idea what was going on. Two agents just ended the chat without giving me any proper answer. The third one finally replied, but then randomly added a new condition that wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the bonus terms. When I asked where that rule was written, they couldn’t even show me.

I also sent a detailed email to their support, and I’ve had no response since March 19.

Honestly, not surprising for a gambling site with a Curacao license. I’d recommend staying away from sites like this if you can. Unfortunately, I don’t really have better options in my country.

My account was blocked by 1win under clause 12.8 without a clear explanation.

I understand their decision, but they are also refusing to allow me to withdraw my remaining balance (around 0.23 LTC), which consists of my own funds.

O pagamento foi confirmado pelo banco imediatamente, e possuo o comprovante da transação com todos os dados (ID da transação, CNPJ do recebedor e horário).

Mesmo assim, o valor nunca foi creditado na minha conta da plataforma.
Desde então, todos os dias entro em contato com o suporte, e a única resposta que recebo é para “aguardar”. Nenhuma solução concreta, nenhum prazo real, nenhuma explicação clara.
