1 win no me acredita mi dinero que retiré el 18/06. Mi id es 69823900.Envié todo lo que me han pedido. Ya he demosrado que el dinero nunca llegó. Siempre responden lo mismo. Y hasta se atrevieron a enviarme un comprobante de transferencia falso 2 veces alegando que me pagaron mi premio. Son unos delincuentes!!!
Hoy 11/07 1 win me solicita datos que ya proporcioné en la reseña anterior.
Ya me cansé de reclamar por mi premio.
Está más que claro que no hay intención alguna de pagarme mi dinero.

Estafadores, hice una recarga a mi cuenta y tardaba entre 15 a 30 minutos hasta acreditarse el monto para usar, ya pasaron 12 horas que sigue en 0 la cuenta y nisiquiera me lo acreditaron y en transferencia me la cancelaron y eso que les transferí a una cuenta que ellos me proveyeron, se quedan el dinero y te cancelan la acreditación del dinero, un fraude total, no recomiendo para nada, me canso de hablar con soporte y nada. Solo me tienen a las vueltas sin ayudarme para nada, no recomiendo a nadie está basura de empresa , nisiquiera un reembolso ni nada me ofrecíeron

If that is true, please provide the official transaction reference number (RRN / UTR / Payment Reference / Transaction ID) for the missing 1000 EGP Etisalat Cash withdrawal. Etisalat Cash can trace the payment using this reference. Simply saying that the withdrawal was successful is not sufficient when the funds have never been received and my wallet history shows no such transaction.)

1win recently posted an update 11 hours ago on my previous review saying:

"We've reviewed your account information. We see that your last withdrawal was processed correctly and sent today to the payment details you provided. On our end, the transaction was completed successfully. If you encounter any issues receiving the funds, we recommend contacting your bank."

However, despite this update, I still have not received the missing 1000 EGP.

I want to clarify the situation with exact details:

The withdrawal made through Etisalat Cash on 11/06/2026 at 11:30 PM for 1000 EGP was never received.

Another withdrawal made on the same date at 11:10 PM for the same amount (1000 EGP) was received successfully.

Both withdrawals were sent to the exact same Etisalat Cash wallet.

I also have clear evidence:

• A PDF wallet statement.
• A recorded video showing the complete wallet transaction history.

The records clearly show that there is no additional transaction of 1000 EGP at all. There is only one transaction of 1000 EGP, which is the withdrawal received at 11:10 PM.

From 11 June until today, there has never been another 1000 EGP transaction in my wallet history.

In addition, Etisalat Cash confirmed that only one transaction of 1000 EGP exists on my wallet from the date the wallet was created until now.

Today is day 25, and I am still waiting for the missing withdrawal.

I have lost 73$ of my hard income , bcz I have problem gambling I requested this company 7 times via live chat , they fooled me that they sent my request to manager but they never did allows me to deposit and lose this is completely unethical service and TrustPilot should mark this as scam company , I have proofs of the emails that I had sent and now trust pilot do you care or will take this review done in any case it should not if you accept their response that they ask for details they actually never reply on website they just do to make people believe they are good here , stop promoting favoring them , I think you should allow this review to be sticky I can verify my identity if needed mark this as scam

Funds have disappeared from my 1win account without me making any withdrawals. No transaction history appears in my account and I have not received any SMS or email notification regarding any movement.

I contacted customer service immediately. Initially, I was told that a request was being processed, but several days later, I received no concrete explanation or any serious update on the situation.
