Incompetent
Suddenly, I started receiving a lot of casino-related phishing emails. Curious about why this was happening, I checked my email address in security-related databases. It turned out that my email had been registered on a casino website.
Obviously, the unprofessional and incompetent people running that site didn’t bother to verify email addresses, allowing someone else to register mine. They didn’t even notify me, so I had no way to inform them that this was a mistake.
To make matters worse, these same careless people apparently exposed their user data to hackers - so my email ended up in the wrong hands. Now I’m being bombarded with scam messages.
My advice? Ignore this casino completely.

Hi, my account was closed due to a breach of an article. I have sent multiple emails across this past week and I have not received any response, only that I should send an email from the email of my account which is this email so I don't know why I was told that. I have done nothing wrong on my account, I made a withdrawal, completed verification as requested and then my account was closed. Retiro de 35.000 CLP revertido como depósito – No corresponde
El día 19 de septiembre solicité un retiro de 35.000 CLP en 1Win. Ese dinero fue revertido a mi cuenta y ahora aparece sumado a mi saldo como si fuera un “depósito nuevo”.
El sistema me exige apostar el 100% de ese monto para poder retirarlo, lo cual es injusto, ya que no se trata de un depósito sino de un retiro ya solicitado.
He contactado al soporte, pero hasta ahora no recibo una solución. Solo pido que se respete mi retiro de 35.000 CLP y se procese correctamente.

1win Refuses to Release My Pending Withdrawals Despite Full Compliancee
I am extremely disappointed with 1win. My account (Game ID: 74543668, was recently closed under Clause 9.7 of their Terms & Conditions, which they claim relates to fraudulent activity (multi-account, bots, arbitrage, etc.). While I accept their right to suspend my account, they are unfairly withholding my pending withdrawals, which are my own deposited funds in INR, not winnings or bonuses.
Here are the facts:
• I deposited funds in INR and fully complied with their rules.
• I wagered 100% of those deposits as required under Clause 16.13.
• I completed full KYC verification, which was approved (I have the email proof confirming that I could proceed with withdrawals).
• I submitted withdrawal requests before my account was closed, yet these remain unprocessed.
• According to Clause 20.1.3 of their Terms & Conditions, once a withdrawal request is filed, the remaining balance “shall be repaid to the client” unless deposits themselves are fraudulent. My deposits were fully legitimate, and no proof of fraud has been provided.
There is also 187,363.76 INR left in my wallet which represents deposits not yet wagered. I am not asking for that amount, as I respect the wagering requirement. I am only asking for the release of the funds that were fully wagered and requested for withdrawal before closure.
1win’s refusal to process my pending withdrawals directly contradicts their own Terms & Conditions and fair gaming practices. I will continue to escalate this matter through Casino Guru, AskGamblers, Curaçao Gaming Authority, and social media until my case is resolved.
⚠️ Players, be warned: if 1win can ignore their own rules in my case, they can do the same to anyone.

Y díganme porque hay tantos reclamos similares al mio que lo tratan de tapar con mentiras? Si señores, hay reclamos en redes sociales en su contra. Pero siempre tratan de opacar esos reclamos con gente opinando a favor e incluso publicitándolos, entre esos un famoso de Chile que gana mucha plata supuestamente jugando en esta plataforma. Seguro se debe llevar una buena comisión.
