Awful and even that’s too kind . They will take your money and cover nothing they promise!!

Had doubts about third-party warranties until now. 2020 Warranty handled my throttle body repair without hesitation. They contacted my chosen garage, authorised repairs, and sent payment fast. I even received a follow-up call to confirm everything was sorted. That’s the kind of reliability you want when your car breaks down.

This company is a scam if you purchase a warranty with this company you will get ripped off
I purchased a man truck with a 12 month driveline warranty when we came to make a claim they said it was wear and tear and our hgv garage clearly stated it was mechanical part failure and was under warranty this company took months to get to the decision of were not paying out they also instructed us to have the vehicle stripped down and they would cover this cost to be told today that there not paying for the stripping down or the part failure this is a very very poor service and I would recommend
using a different warranty company

Called customer support about a whirring noise in my engine. They didn’t waste time. Authorised an inspection, confirmed the fault, and paid for a full alternator replacement. Everything was smooth and professional. I truly appreciated how proactive they were. Definitely renewing this policy when it comes up again.

What a bunch of scammers. Simple job turns into couple days work. They are not straightforward and makes everything complicated. Most of mechanics don't want to work for them even big chain stores. Extremely bad.

Absolute corrupt company my partner bought a 15 month warranty with 20-20 through GL COMERRCIALS LTD in Huntington..for his ford transit van. 13/09/24..valid till 13/12/25
The van suddenly had sudden catastrophic failure . 24/08/25 .. it went to a vat registered random garage in Birmingham they instructed us to do as they only accepted that kind of garage..an independent mechanic filmed opening the vehicle saying “ catastrophic damage ..sudden failure.. collapsed bearings.. he said “that’s not wear and tear” all on video!!
20-20 then dont agree .. saying the need their own engineer to look at video ..NOT THE ACTUAL VAN!!! Their engineer watching a video said no and 20-20 won’t pay out !! How??? They are very dismissive on the phone yet all the evidence shows we are in our rights to claim the £2k bill it’s cost .. in bold letters on the WARRENTY which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on .the issues are covered ! Corrupt cowboy company that are very cocky on the phone absolute corruption that needs investigating by trading standards.. action fraud.. motor ombudsman.. they are misleading selling a WARRENTY that they don’t honour .. it’s a scam and it’s criminal! Both companies must be in cahoots together as both names on glossy WARRENTY book!!!

This company has the barefaced audacity to write on my reviewing their practices as,
“We are sorry to state that we are unable to find your details on our system”
Now adding lying to their portfolio.

Awful company, don't pay out when putting a claim in!

I have had a terrible experience with 2020 Warranty. I called on 18th July 2025 to cancel my warranty and was reassured over the phone that it would be done. I followed up later in July to confirm and asked for written proof, but I am still being billed.

Despite explaining that I am going through serious health issues, including a high-risk pregnancy after a miscarriage, they have continued to bill me and have even affected my credit file. I no longer have the vehicle since March 2025, yet the policy remains active.

Every time I think the matter is resolved, there’s another issue, which has caused me great stress and worsened my health. This whole process has been exhausting, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This place is the worst iv got 6 month warranty with them and u got my van fix new turbo and it cost me £950 and they won't do nothing about it

Got warranty with this company.
So far have needed to use them twice, first time was no hassle, this time have had nothing but problems, gave estimate and they dont agree with what is needed or how long it takes, everything is priced on text book and not actual work done.
My starter motor went garage took 2 hours to fit but there saying it should only take just over an hour.
Thermostat had to be removed but again saying not needed.
All in all they dont listen to what garage say and what is actually needed to complete work.
Absolute joke.

Do not and I repeat, do not , take a warranty out with this company. Absolutely shocking. Had an issue with my car about 8 weeks from having bought it, the coolant inlet failed. Called in, paid in full nearly £400.00 and they said it wasn't covered. Now I'm locked into a warranty for a year that's absolutely useless. And out of pocket nearly a thousand pounds for a warranty that's useless. Piece of mind they said.... piece of rubbish more like....this fills me with confidence for the rest of the year....yeah right! Thanks for scamming me out of £1000.00 thanks for nothing. I will be writing to the ombudsman this afternoon.

PS I was told on the call I had 6 weeks... not 4 weeks? So please do, also it would be helpful to send a pack out before the cooling off period ends, so customers can look at the warranty and your rules and regulations before committing to 12 months. Now I'm stuck in a 12 month warranty that is completely useless and I feel I've been scammed? Instead of blaming the customer, try working with the customers, as we do. The customer is always right. Not wrong? Now I don't feel confident in my new car if something else goes wrong because I'm sure you'll find something else to refuse the warranty. Btw I spoke to Scott today in complaints at jigsaw, he was very understanding and thought the same as me. And he will be looking at it personally. Btw you shouldn't take a bad review personally, you should take it as an opportunity to improve your business.

Terrible business to deal with!!!! Was given this guarantee from the garage where I had bought my wife’s vehicle from and needed to make a claim because of an issue which happened a few weeks after purchased the car. A coil spring snapped suddenly when my wife was driving down the motorway so I Checked the leaflet we were given which had coil spring as covered but after following there procedures the claim was rejected due to wear and tear??? Why am I not surprised that this would happen. I asked the man on the phone how they had got to this decision, they told me it rusted but the pictures I sent over in the email did not show any rust or problem with the metal. I asked for another reason why a coil spring would fail and they could not give me a straight answer. Why else would a coil spring fail 2020 Warranty????Nothing but a scam and a waste of time. Will never recommend this terrible company.

Excellent service ! Purchased an older first car for my daughter along will 12 month warranty (Gold cover). Unfortunately a week later we could hear a rattle . Customer service was very helpful. Clearly explained what we need to do with a follow up help guide email Diagnostic done and estimate generated. 2020 warranty were happy to liaise directly with the repair garage keeping us in the loop and decision made the same day. Car was back on the road 2 days later and payment in my bank within a week .. couldn't of asked for a better service

Claim approval was fast and I received my money in no time. Will definitely renew.

They refuse to cover a repair that falls within the cover I got under the gold tier. Won't be trusting this company for a warranty ever again.

I want to remind you as well I have not stopped being polite towards any of your employees at any stage. You still haven't answered my question, what percentage of claims do you approve?
