My car’s fuel injectors were faulty, and I was really worried about the costs. Fortunately, 2020 was there to help, and they got the issue fixed without any problems. 2020 Warranty has been fantastic!

Had three legit claims and three thrown out because of wording not quite right and allowing 20-20 to wriggle out of honouring their warranty. I have the top level of cover. Not worth the paper it’s written on.

Massive thank you to Millie for her quick response when my starter motor failed. She walked me through the steps of getting the repair covered and made sure I didn’t have to pay upfront. Highly recommend 2020 Warranty

My car broke down, the dealer I got the car from wasn't interested and sent me to these guys. After a couple of emails, I had my claim paid and my car fixed. Service like this is priceless when your car is your main money earner. Would recommend.

Paid for me to have a new water pump. I had to get an estimate and they responded with 15 minutes with authorisation!! Great service.

Thank you so much to all the team at 2020 warranty. My ford Transit broke down, I called 2020 warranty and they had a recovery truck to me within 30 minutes and they paid for me to have a new engine. Could not fault them one bit.

Called the sales department for a quote for my range rover. They were able to give me a quote there and then and was set up in 5 minutes. Really great service

2020warranty was really impressive. From my first contact through to getting repairs done and making my claim, they could not of been more helpful and their payment made was very fair. I would recommend them especially as my previous experience of other warranty companies was not good where they avoided paying out - there was none of that which redeems my view of such companies - well done and thanks.

Bought a second hand BMW and got the Gold warranty. Had an issue with the battery in the first week and they paid for a new one with no issues whatsoever

Purchased an extended warranty with my new vehicle. Annoyingly had a slight issue very early on, however when I contatced 2020 they were very helpful from the start and paid my claim for an ABS sensor. Very pleased and will be renewing with them.

I am really happy with the service provided, they walked me through the whole process and answered all my questions and to top it off they paid my claim!

Cannot fault this company one bit. Had an issue within 3 weeks of buying my new car. The dealership told me to call 2020 warranty. When I did they explained it to me really well and paid out my claim with no issues. Will 100% renew when my policy expires.

Not worth the paper it’s written on. We have had endless issues with the vehicle we purchased and nothing is covered. Check the wording before the buy the car. Despite what the company say their warranty cover very little. The issue with the car was from day 1 of collecting the vehicle. The steering wheel wouldn’t even sit straight! We were given different information on how to “claim” and then the car company “gave” up and bank transferred the payment to us. The warranty company themselves are worthless as they cover barely anything!!! Stay away from this company!

The review I wrote and gave one star for is not here, because someone has removed it. However, what I will say my review was based on the response of 2020 which was they would not cover the faults on the car if they were apparent when you took the car. I believe this should be the case with all warranty companies, The garage must ensure the car has no faults before they put a warranty on the car, they cannot tell you to claim the fault they never fixed before selling you the car, Thats why they make a profit, to give you something safe to drive.

I agreed to settle my dispute with the Garage Moorhouse Beds for 1700 pound based in the faults I noticed myself; I have already spent 2500 in putting it right and will now go to a main dealer for another 1500 of work. It's nonsense letting a warranty company pick up the bill for selling you a unroadworthy car and probably illegal. This is why insurance prices rise every year, but the warranty company also has to check out the dealers it allows to sell the products not just look at volume of sales

AVOID AT ALL COST - I would strongly recommend avoiding this company for your vehicle warranty purposes as they refuse to pay out if you don’t send them an estimate document beforehand even though the part that went faulty is covered and the entire bill is below the covered amount so there shouldn’t be a problem. They will say it’s due to this and that but realistically you’d expect a little human error in these things and it’s not even reasonable to reject such a claim especially when total claim would be around £90 to be reimbursed to me.

I had spoken to their claims team and then they continued to reject and say we won’t be able to do this and then received a rather rudely worded email from the claims manager Louise. Millie from customer services was excellent and didn’t have a problem with her it’s just a shame the company is so strict and can’t even budge for their customers in the slightest. Especially those with reading disabilities and disabilities in general like seriously you cover up to £150 for the switch including labour yet the amount you’d cover for me is about £90 which is understandable but for a negative review on multiple platforms, a dissatisfied customer who will spread the word is really not worth it to your team.

Another note, I’ve read some of the other negative reviews on here for example Mr Edward’s and what that customer has done was completely uncalled for and disgusting so I understand reviews like that are just unfair. However in this case I’ve been lovely with the team except a little disappointed however as a customer who’s new to vehicles and warranty service given I’ve just passed my test not long ago and was gifted with a new car was lovely but this experience has just made me very wary of companies that offer warranty. It’s just really upsetting that a company like this chose one of the strangest excuses even though I meet all the checklist requirements to be covered and was happy and understanding that the limits I had, what was covered all by one simple mistake and it’s invalidated the whole thing. I just wish someone would be more understandable of customer situations rather than just not looking into what I have to say

EXTREMELY disappointed…

Dealt with Finn and Millie who made it easy to claim for a repair on my car. Communication was great and turnaround was fast. Would recommend 2020warranty.
