Was quoted 50 + VAT for the job. No mention of extra charges. He arrived and said the lock needs to be destroyed, would be 169 plus new lock. Final invoice was 500.10 pounds. WHAT A SCAM. NO finan... Toon meer

When I first rang London locksmith the…
When I first rang London locksmith the operator sounding polite and he quoted me a price which was reasonable once I explained what needed to be done. He said their Mobil locksmiths carry ALL locks. I just wanted a simple mortice lock change over......i could have done it myself but the quoted price was so cheap I thought let them do it.
Different story once locksmith turned up. He didn't have the lock and his price went up.
In the end we agreed a different price. He wasn't that happy. Before we agreed and didn't think he could it be asked for a call out charge. Obviously I refused......pay for their mistakes not on your nellie. Any way very unprofessional and should arrange things with the phone operator so misunderstandings like this don't happen again.
I wouldn't recommend.

Slightly pricey, but very helpful service
My bike lock was damaged after an attempted theft, so I could not unlock it. Called 24/7 London Locksmith, and someone was with me in 40 mins. He sliced through my bike lock within 5 minutes, and charged £70. Seemed a bit steep, but I was happy to have my bike free and get on my way. Thanks!

Hello David. Our day time charge for this service is £50-£60. As this service was booked for about 23:00 I think it’s a fair price to pay. Anyway happy that it was sorted and keep safe.
Highly recommend - I would work with him again!
I employed Lukas with a simple change of locks and was very happy with the experience. He let me know when I should expect him, checked in by phone just before and was on time. His pricing is transparent and he was respectful of the home. He would be my first choice again!

Rescued bike!
After losing the key to my bike lock, Lukas arrived within 30 minutes, angle grinder in hand. 30 seconds later my bike was free! Fantastic service, a thoroughly nice chap and I was even able to purchase a replacement lock from him too. Highly recommended.

Every house we moved in we always took Lukas with us. He changed our locks several times and always did a great job. Was honest and quick. I recommend him to my friends when ever they need a locksmith. Will call him again soon as we might have to move again.

I called him from abroad to unlock our front door for my husband that is waiting outside impatiently and stressed ... Luka came imidiatly open the door and waited for my husband to go to the cash machine to take some money he didn't charge him for the extra time to get the money and he was really calm and relax :) thank you

Lukas arrived very quickly after our phone call to sort out a problem with a communal door that didn't shut properly. He was extremely efficient, professional and friendly. He works to a very high standard and fixed the problem once and for all. I have recommended him to my friends since then. 5 stars!
