Yritys ei vastaa reklamaatioihin ja lähettää aiheettomia laskuja

Maksoimme auton vuokrauksen. Kun maksu oli mennyt, pyydettiin 5000 euron vakuusmaksua. Peruin varauksen, mutta rahoja ei ole palautettu eikä asiakaspalveluun saa yhteyttä mitään kautta. Teemme rikosilmoituksen.

Varasin auton mutta huomasin että siinä meni aika jostain syystä väärin. Varmaan epähuomiossa asetin aikavälin väärin. Peruutin sitten heti varauksen. Saan rahani takaisin täysimääräisinä. Kiitos

En ymmärrä, miten tällä vuokrayhtiöllä on politiikkansa. Minun piti vuokrata 2 tuntia ja sitten maksaa etukäteen 57€ + vakuutus. Halusin nopeasti vuokrata hyvän pakettiauton, mutta mitä ihmettä tämä on. 5000€ se vaatii jälkeenpäin ennen kuin pääsimme autoon sisälle. Tarkoitan, kenellä maailmassa on 5000 € maksamaan takuusta? Normaalisti näet takuuna 250€-300€, mutta 5000€!

Varasin yhden pakun juuri sillä tilavuudella mitä tarvitsin mutta kun kävin nouto-ohjeita läpi huomasinkin että varausta on muutettu 24rent'in toimesta. Varaukseen on laitettu pienempi (ja halvempi) paku eikä siitä ole annettu eikä edes ehdotettu minkäänlaista hyvitystä. Asiakaspalvelulla on erittäin lyhyt puhelin aika eikä sieltä oikeen saa muutenkaan ketään kiinni. Tämä oli ensimmäinen ja viimeinen kerta kun käytän tätä firmaa, en voi suositella mitenkään.

In December 2024 I rented a car with 24Rent. We flew in late and when we got to the car and started driving, we had to stop after 10 meters because the car was bumping. There was something wrong with the rear wheel but it was 11 PM and a lot of snow so I couldn't identify te exact reason. In the morning when there was some daylight I was able to diagnose the problem - the rear left tyre was heavily worn and it looked like it was dragged blocked on the asphalt. It had a flat worn part and was not round any more. Of course I didn't want to drive around with my kids with a tyre like that and I notified 24Rent that the tyre was damaged when we got the car and asked them if I can take the car to the shop to change the tyre. They told me to go ahead and arranged the repair in the shop. So far so good. The tyre was changed, I made sure to tell them that it was not I who damaged the tyre and that they should ask the previous renter, but instead, a few weeks later they sent me the bill for the repair. I couldn't believe it. I did them a favor, I took the car to the repair shop on my vacation time, and then they tried to charge me! Of course I am reluctant to pay for something I didn't do and I asked them a several time to contact the previous renter and clarify things, but nothing happened. They are just ignorant. They are now threatening me with court and debt collectors, so my advice would be to stay away from that company. They have a really shady operation going on there. I have never been more dissapointed in any service than this although I've travelled half the globe.

Olen vuokrannut firmalta lukuisia kertoja autoja ilman ongelmia, mutta viimeisimmällä kerralla - joka jää viimeiseksi asioinniksi tämän yrityksen kanssa - kävi niin, että nirhaisin auton kylkeä porttikongissa muuttaessani. Yritys vaatii minulta nyt tuon pienen parin sentin lommon korjaamisesta yli 1800€ korvausta, eikä vastaa yhteydenottopyyntöihini. He eivät myöskään ole vastanneet puheluihini laskun lähettämisen jälkeen, eivätkä vastaa viesteihini jotka olen lähettänyt heidän mobiilipalvelunsa kautta.

En suosittele yritystä kenellekään, ikinä. Kaikki on ok, jos "mitään ei satu", mutta vahinkotilanteissa aivan täysin ala-arvoista käytöstä, asiakaspalvelua ei ole ja vaikuttaa vahvasti siltä, että he yrittävät huijata asiakkailta rahaa, sillä autot ovat tietenkin täysin vakuutettuja, enkä usko hetkeäkään että heille tulee realistisesti tuollaista summaa maksettavaksi pienen lommon korjauttamisesta.

What I read a lot in other comments is problems with the security deposit. I got a full refund within the 14 days they mention in their terms. As long as you act within the terms of the contract: not exceeding mileage, staying in Finland if you didn’t add other countries, cleaning the car before you give it back and give it back in time, there are no problems.

Kaksi kertaa vuokrattu ja molemmilla kerroilla ei mitään ongelmia. Auto toimi hyvin ja vuokraamisprosessi kätevä puhelimella. Voin suositella.

Ei missään nimessä kannata vuokrata 24Rent firmalta autoa. Olen saanut parkkisakot ajalta jolloin auto ei edes ollut minulla vuokralla. Tuli vuokraaminen kalliiksi.

I‘ve got no emsil about my reservation. When I wanted to contact a service, there is no service, and also when I wanted to lock in on website it doesn‘t work and the link in emsil to log in doesn‘t work. If I won‘t get a email or my miney back I‘ll contact the police

Ihan huijausfirma, rahaa vietiin tililtä ilman syytä ja asiakaspalveluun ei saa yhteyttä. Autokin oli täynnä vikoja ja oli erittäin likainen

I got scammed.
I booked a car on their site and my money got deducted. But the next steps sent on email don’t work. Their mobile site is not working. I don’t receive any message like they claim. My money got deducted but
there is no way to reach the company nor get the car. Please refund my money. Don’t go near this company at all unless they fix their technical problems. Else their plan is to only scam people.

UPDATE on my experience :

Eventually after writing emails, posting a review on trust pilot and doing everything possible, I finally received an email fixing the problem in the mobile site and I could eventually use the car service with much difficulty. It was definitely one of a kind experience - I wouldn't want to go through again! Please give an easy contact number or have a WhatsApp business where customers can reach out.

I paid and reserved a car. After that everything is downhill. They asked me to login to their site. when i give my phone number to login, I didn’t get the OTP. There’s an option to send verification email. When i open using that link it asks phone number and OTP again. It is now a never ending loop. Their customer support number is not helpful. it says there’s no active reservation. I received an email with a number and that doesn’t work. I don’t even know how to get a refund as i’m not able to establish any sort of contact

First I thought I got cheated:
I couldn't get in contact with anyone and the reservation email was lacking information.
The online app didn't work with my cell phone and I found no other means to contact 24rent.
After I wrote a very bad feedback here on trustpilot I was finally contacted and managed to cancel my reservation and get my money back

VÄLTTÄKÄÄ TÄTÄ FIRMAA!

Alueella mihin auto kuuluisi palauttaa ei ole ilmaisia pysäköintipaikkoja tarpeeksi joten tilaa ei ole jättää autoa käytön jälkeen mihinkään. Yliajan jälkeen rupeavat velottamaan viivästysmaksua.

Ohjeita pysäköintiin (esim tämä Z-pysäköintilupa mikä on näissä autoissa) on ihan tarkoituksella jätetty pois apista. Koitettiin ettiä, ei löytynyt juuri mitään konkreettista tietoa pysäköintiluvista.

Kaikki ilmaiset paikat oli täynnä tien laidassa , joten pysäköimme parkkiin missä oli toinenkin 24h rent auto ja 2kk myöhemmin tuli parkkisakko + 50 euroa käsittelykuluja. Myöskin parkkisakon päivämäärä ei vastannut päivää millon auto oli palautettu.

Aivan järkyttävää vedättämistä ja koko asettelu vaikuttaa muutenkin ansalta millä voidaan nyhtää lisäkuluja.

Excellent service from friendly and helpful folk! I was initially given a car which didn't have the satnav system working, this was annoying as I had deliberately ordered and paid for a late model vehicle. However, I have to say that when I took the vehicle back it was all dealt with most professionally by Fauziyah and a new vehicle was provided. In addition, I was also impressed with Razel when I returned the vehicle after the week's rental. She organised a small form of compensation for what had happened at the beginning. I shall definitely use 247 again! Thanks Team
