After suffering a loss of a brother and not being able to get anything of his, this was our way to have a keepsake of him. The service was great and wow! The speed to get the items delivered was crazy fast - under 40 hours they were delivered and absolutely stunning! Pearl & Jason you are amazing!

Excellent Customer Service
I am a long standing customer of 3D Crystal and I must say, the customer service I received from Jason (3D artist) from my past two purchases has been phenomenal. From helping me track my previous packages, to helping me place my most recent order which came extremely fast. He made sure I received everything for all my orders and has been very helpful and kind through the entire process. He showed me a preview of my crystal first, and made adjustments until I was completely satisfied with it. Then assisted with placing the order. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I have been very happy with all my purchases from 3D Crystal and their quality over the 10 years I’ve been a customer. Customer service is something that they have always excelled in. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

They responded with moderate delays
Response time quite variable. They responded with moderate delays. My requests for font sizes and placement were apparently too complicated as the placement of words over areas of the image that I asked Not to be covered, were ignored. I did order two crystals but the second money-off code didn't work. But I ordered it anyway.
The rectangular crystal upper bevel causes the upper 15% of the image to be visible as a cropped area. So my bald head always reflected in the bevel unless I shrank the image. So maybe a non-beveled crystal at top edge might be better. I changed feom 3 star to 5 star due to ongoing efforts on their part.

Customer service was outstanding.
When I first ordered this, I had the proof checked and rechecked and triple checked - This was for a very special dog, and it needed to be exactly right. When I got the crystal, it was not right, It did not look like the proof. His eyes looked like they had cataracts and his back didn't look right. I was very disappointed. But their customer service team was absolutely outstanding and was totally willing to work with me to get it to look like it was supposed to look, and the replacement turned out absolutely perfect. Considering this could have been really, really bad with bad customer service, I am so incredibly pleased with this company and we'll recommend them again.

Genuinely impressed with not only their product, but also their wonderful customer service. We had a minor flaw with part of our order and we were happy to find REAL people on the phone and efficient, friendly help through email. 3D Crystal captures your memories with perfection!
Although we purchased the heart crystal under a very sad situation with the loss of our dog, 3DCrystal were great to work with. The product quality is incredible and every time we look at this beautiful with our lost dog, it brings tears to our eyes.
