I received a good quality 3d crystal. With good service.
I ordered 4 3d crystals from another company And what I received was not what they advertised. And I could not get a hold of the company. The pictures had flaws on them and you could barely see the images. When I ordered one from 3d crystal I could not believe the difference. 3d crystal was true to their word and I was able to get help from Jason. Thank you very much.

The website is designed to be sequential in that you first pick your shape of interest, then size, and lastly, the page where you configure your design after the image is uploaded.
If you ever need some assistance, you can always be welcomed to give us a call or drop by the online chat to the bottom right of the page to speak to a live agent.
We always ensure engraving is 1:1 and so if your original image has shadow casted along an area, our engraving will also take note of that shadow. If you ever need a shadow portion removed or would like to see a proof, feel free to chat with us by call, email or online chat.

3D Crystal is am amazing company. I have purchased 4 crystals from them for family and friends that have had a loss in their family. The most recent one was for my mother in law. My father in law passed away a year ago and I thought a crystal would be the best remembrance. I ordered it and the delivery was amazingly fast and the picture was perfect. I didn't know that I had to request the free Keychain. I contacted them and they had the Keychain delivered within a couple of days just in time for Christmas. This made my mother in law very happy and she loves it. Thank you very much. I HIGHLY recomend this company if you are looking for lasting and forever memories.

Amazing customer service! The kind people there answered all my questions promptly during the day and night. They were very thorough with my order and even made sure my order was done on time before Christmas, even though I ordered a bit late. This appears to be a scam. The product I received does not resemble the photo I provided, and the company has refused to issue a refund. This is very disappointing. The lack of an accurate comparison image makes it difficult to assess the actual outcome before purchase.

Forever Memories!
It all started with my granddaughters proposal photo with my first 3DCrystal it was a huge beautiful success. Than I did a memory crystal of the day she was born for her bridal shower and now her wedding day crystal, which were also made into multiple key chains for Christmas gifts. The entire experience was wonderful, the staff is so helpful and caring as the excellant results show. I want to share a fun moment with you all. Here is a copy of my email to Pearl. "Yes I did receive the delivery of all the keychains, and when i was opening them i was thinking I wish I could see the picture clearer and than accidently i pressed the button on the stem and WOW it lit up, and I could see the picture perfectly, I didn't realize they lit up and they are so beautiful lit.
