I wanted something special for our 25th wedding anniversary. Simply called customer service. Steven at beyond memories walked me through entire process. I took a picture of a picture with my phone they created a fantastic 3diminsional crystal. I chose to make my own base. was worried about resolution taking a 25year old picture a taking a picture of that with my phone,but they created a super high quality heavy duty crystal. it is remarkable that from the side you can see her face as if you were there 25 years ago.. She was very pleased and so was I.. These people care and are the real deal !! If it is a important occasion don't hesitate!!

I tried to contact them via email about an order issue and the email address is invalid. When I call I talk to an automated voice named Michaela. She then forwards me to Stephen which turns out to be voicemail. How do I get legit contact info for this company? I ordered a personalized key chain but during the ordering process I was never prompted to provide the text information. So I am being shipped a blank key chain which does me no good.

I sent an older photo of our wedding 65 years ago. This was a gift to my wife of these 65 years. I received this memory within a week and was exceedingly pleased! The entire quality was exceptional and the image of the two of us was perfect! My wife, through her tears, said this was the best and most amazing gift I ever gave her! Thank you for your care and professionalism!

I would not recommend this product. The advertising looks great, and the end product is great. However, if you do not look directly at it, half of the photo engraved is blackness. It looks like a black hole. And I am telling you, this is looking from even the slightest angle possible. If you look direct, it is great. But how often do you look direct? I asked service, the first person responded that the black dead space is not normal, but then someone else replied saying it was supposed to look like a shadow? Like what? They advertise that you only need one picture, never say there are any issues either. If they would say that the picture provided would not work as well, then they should say that. If I recall, they even say that you will be giving a preview to say if you like it prior to it being made, but I never got any kind of preview. Just the final product when it was delivered. I just wouldn't recommend it. It costs too much to be disappointed later.

Deceptive advertising. Have and have had incorrect size of mini cube listed for at least 5 weeks. Purchased 2 mini cube memorial crystals listed at 2.36" x 2.36" - particularly because they were the same size as one the receipient already had. First batch received was on a less than 2" x 2" mini cube that cut the image off at the top. Responsive customer service agent said size was mislisted due to recent "web site changes", and said "correct" size for what I paid was the smaller but that they had incorrectly printed as if it "would" have been 2.36"? Offered a larger 3" cube but that would have been too big for display area - so had them reprint a "correct" image on the smaller 2" ones. Site still has wrong specs 5 weeks later. You're not getting what you think you paid for.

Despite the clear promotion around “Free Express Shipping for Orders $79+” my $229 order was initially set for standard shipping with 7 business days arrival estimate. I reached out to customer service to expedite shipping and they charged $49 for hight priority shipping. Beware of long shipping dates before putting order.

Very disappointed, the company did make mention they can alter pictures….
I ordered it for wife’s birthday… all you see is 2 heads.. barley… and half the picture sent .… not cheap, expected a lot better results… I would be careful if ordering this product… wanted it to be a nice surprise… wasn’t..
just received it today.. 2/24/26.

The material used for the pendant was very clear, however the engraving is so light it can barely be seen. If the company had opted to reengrave, to a deeper more clear engraving I would have rated them higher.

My husband ordered two lighted bases for a glass piece we just bought. Neither of them worked for the size and the shape of the sculpture so I needed to return. The two boxes were in same packaging unused and I had to email for instructions to return. Instructions were given and I was told I had to pay for the return…which was okay with me. I’m now being told they haven’t received my order when USPS tracking says it was delivered to “an individual” at the address I was told to send it to. It’s not about the money for us…it’s about the dishonesty and the scam. Beware people…you probably won’t be able to return this or get any sort of customer service if something goes wrong. I’d rather order from Amazon quite honestly.

Company did a great job at packaging the product and the tracking of the product while also having a customer service team that is active and willing to answer a questions you may have. From my understanding this seems like a smaller operation but this company gave great service. The only thing I recommend is that a confirmation email should be sent with the order number as soon as the card has been charged so people do not chargeback the purchase

Great Quality Beautiful ART Work Everytime I order a piece

Though I am sure the gift will be fine, this company's "customer service" is non-existent. I did not see an option to send a card with the item as it is shipping directly to the recipient. So, he will receive it without knowing that it was sent by his niece and nephew and their respective families. I attempted to contact customer service via chat--I am running a small business, so I did not have time to sit and wait for 15+ minutes. I called, left a message--no call back or response. I also sent an email message, but received a response AFTER the item shipped, basically telling me I was out of luck. Sorry, but AI doesn't cut it.

What a scam! Save your money! The company is not what it presents to be. Poor quality, misrepresentation of product in advertising and it their sham refund policy!!! I overpaid for a small glass ( not crystal as they imply) heart with script can’t read! Poor quality control and management of my dissatisfaction and request for return and refund as they indicate is a guarantee!!!!
Find another place for your “ special gift”
I wish I would have read the bad reviews before giving them my money. After many attempts to return and refund … I’m stuck with a gift I won’t be giving

Terrible place to purchase your “special gift “ ! Company is not what they seem ! They do not stand by their advertising and lack quality control. I was very unhappy with my item when it arrived and they did not honor their return refundpolicy . I recommend you look elsewhere for your memorable gift.

NO PROOF BEFORE i PAY FOR IT, THAT IS JUST BULL! This company does not even provide a proof of the work before you pay for it. Are you kidding me? What company with today's technology and application power, cannot provide me a proof. Their option is I pay for it NOW AND IF I DON'T LIKE IT, FIGHT TO GET MY MONEY BACK. MAN THAT IS BS.

I recently lost my dog of 15 years. I wanted something to remember her by and knew this would be the perfect way. I love the 3D look of these and the lighted base that brings it all to life! Fast shipping and the packaging was awesome! Product arrived in excellent condition.

We love 3D Crystals! The product we order had a change in price which took me by surprise. Only because I have the crystals priced in our display. I had to give the customer the advertised price. But all in all we LOVE 3D Crystals.
