This used to be a great company I don’t know what’s happened last order took over a week to arrive my latest order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks not replying to messages I’m going to have to do a chargeback through the bank

It's genuinely a shame as I personally think their nicotine pouches are the best on the market, however the customer experience with this company is disgraceful. I ordered nearly £40 worth of pouches with 1st class delivery on 29th December and am still yet to receive these.

I have sent 3 emails to their service@4nx address with no response. The live chat on the website states "We reply immediately" however I've now sent a message 3/4 days in a row with no response.

Whilst I have been attempting to contact the company I have received numerous marketing emails and an email stating "OH NO! 4NX POUCHES ARE STILL IN YOUR BASKET!" It's pretty disgraceful and I'm now going to have to dispute the charge on my debit card.

Really hope they sort their service out because as I said before the product itself is great.

Placed an order 11 days ago and despite the 2-4 day delivery lead time, nothing has arrived and no communication/ updates from 4nx.

4NX is the only brand of nicotine pouches I use. After trying many these are elite! The pouches are not salty which I hate, the flavour is strong and long lasting. Great customer service always, I would highly recommend! Thanks 4nx!

Great flavoured pouches, with a decent amount of bulk to them - I can't stand thin pouches that loose their hit in minutes.

Tried to get the sample, they asked for 1.99 delivery fee, which I was then charged twice for, and the order didn't even go through. Tried contacting support 5 days ago and had no response. Genuine robbery.

Will remove this review upon issue being resolved.

Loving the full fruit flavour of the blue raspberry ice, helps me feel content throughout the day.

I previously ordered this product in 2022 and left a detailed and positive review, as it was worth the money and of great quality.

I enjoy trying new brands and flavours, and I bought this on sale at a discounted price. However, I have noticed a decline in quality. The pouches are now too dry to consume and make the mouth dry, significantly changing from their juicy and satisfying state.

These are indeed a premium quality brand/product and have the potential to maintain their high quality and dominate the market if they can consistently uphold their standards and offer promotional deals at intervals.

I look forward to seeing quality improvements in the future.

Well there customer service is next to nothing. I’ve emailed atleast 5 times to be query an order. I’ve called customer services, absolute waste of time as the line doesn’t even ring out, goes straight to answer machine saying “leave your name and number somebody will call you back”. Did they? I’ll let you guess the answer. Won’t be ordering from these guys again!!!

I contacted customer services via the email below over a week ago and have had no response.

I never thought nicotine pouches would help me stop smoking without the hand to mouth side of things, but I’m 9 days in and although I could of given in many times so far I just put a pouch in and am after afew minutes. I enjoy the flavour of the blue raspberry ice ones and haven’t yet tried any other flavour as I’m quite happy with my choice.

The delivery of product is always swift and timely and they are a fraction of the price nicotine pouches are in the shop. I haven't smoked a cigarette in about a year thanks to these. By far the best price for the quality to get.

I have been taking the pouches now for a week and let me tell you this is the most satisfying flavour wise and also it actually takes away all cravings and does not leave you light headed and i tend to leave it in for 60 minutes .

The products themselves are good, with strong flavours (although some split bags in one can). Sadly the delivery delay between ordering and receiving makes this a no-go. Almost 13 days for an order to arrive after ordering is very poor. If you can find them in a store go for it, but wouldn't advise ordering direct. Customer service were looking into the issue after a week had gone by, but no further contact until my order arrived.

These are the only pouches i have managed to consistently stick with, the blue raspberry flavour is amazing.. I recently had trouble with an order but received all the help i needed from "Marcus" who was great.

All round great pouches, great company, i believe they are the only UK based and made pouches so please support them and try some ^_^

Edit: 4NX COMPANY, the new website is great! No more extreme age verification like before! BUT if possible re-stock Northerner (because i think some people may still find it more convenient to order through them)
