Quality vapes good selection i have mine delivered by royal mail who are always pleasant and deliver on the day they say.

The quality of these BM6000 pods is really disappointing. Nearly every refill pod I buy starts tasting burnt after just a day of use. The Strawberry Ice pod I bought recently lasted only about 6 hours before it started tasting awful, despite there being almost a full tank of liquid left.

I’m not even taking particularly long pulls, so it’s not like I’m using it heavily enough for the pod to struggle to saturate properly. At this point, it just seems like the pods are consistently poor quality and don’t last anywhere near as long as they should.

I purchased a vape from Tesco that developed a fault about 6 weeks after the initial purchase. Being a person who doesn’t keep boxes i’d thrown it away, however I did have the transaction on my credit card bill so thought I would reach out to see if they could do anything. I offered to send it back but customer service were amazing, they have offered to send me a replacement and told me to dispose of the faulty one. I if only all customer service teams were as good.. On the whole Lost Mary vapes are really good my previous one lasted 7 months..

Do not buy any Lost Mary vape products after few puffs the wicks dries out and all you taste is the burning taste. The Lost Mary UK customer service is useless all they only care if you buy it from their UK website the manufacturer is in USA so if you bought a Lost Mary Vape and it is defective you simply lost your money. I would avoid buying a product that has no real customer service when there is a problem.

Use to be decent but now they don't last long enough before the coil burns out. I'll still have a 3rd left and it'll die. Never used to do this before. Gonna stick with Dojo, never have an issue with them.

I purchased 2 vapes which turned out to be faulty I then had to pay to ship them back (I sent them recorded delivery just to be sure) to be repaired or replaced which is what I was told and over 6 months later still waiting to hear back from anyone despite my calls and emails!

Horrible customer experience

Excellent product. Delivery service was very quick and the items were well packaged. This is my first serious attempt to go on the vape. I would highly recommend Lost Mary products as I do believe I have been successful. Highly recommended.
