They scam me out of £35.95 for a order I made on 03/04/2026 and they used DPD to get it delivered to which I did not Receive and will not give you a refund.

Annoying vape
Annoying vape. New device. Fully charged. Apart from the device locking randomly when the battery gets down to 60 odd percent it locks constantly.

My parcel was missing for almost 2…
My parcel was missing for almost 2 weeks, some issues with the courier. Then I contacted the PIXL Vape, Kyle was really helpful and sorted it out immediately!

Amazing Customer Service/ Care!
Being new to the vape world I thought I would try this company/ brand. After receiving my item, it started leaking. So I emailed PIXL and within 20 minutes received a phone call from a gentlemen called Kyle. They immediately rectified the issue by sending me a new product, and went way above and beyond in terms of customer support. I received my new items and couldn’t be happier with the products. I would highly recommend using this company as in all my 55 years on this earth, I’ve never received such good customer service and such a speed response. Again a very special thank you to Kyle for your prompt help, support and care with someone that knows nothing about vaping. 5 stars! I hope this helps anyone looking to buy a vape, please give them a try!

Brilliant Products, Brilliant Company
I've been using this company for several months now and find their products to be brilliant. They're colourful and stylish, but more importantly they work like a dream, are very simple to use, and my smoking of cigarettes has dropped around 90%.
Customer service is also great. I had a rare problem with a recent delivery (one device seemed to have a fault) and Kyle resolved the issue within a very short space of time.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who's wishing to switch to vaping.
