I am not happy at all i have been purchasing 30k kit pinples and ice 12.99 pounds over 15 boxes after vaping short time the test turn burn and nasty I complained and been told they will resend me 30k boxes even I wasted over 15 boxes they said them policies only 5 boxes which I haven't received all my money was wasted in the bin avoid this vape at all coast

The unit keeps failing and refills fail after short usage so will not buy any more as a waste of money

I purchased a few Nera capsules online, and the first one I used tasted of burnt plastic from the first puff, so wrote to customer support to complain as I had to bin it.

I had a reply within an hour and full resolution (replacement sent out 1st class post!) within 2 hours.

Really can't beat that!

They sent my order to the wrong address twice. 200 bucks each time down the drain. They sent it to my address I haven’t lived at in a year and won’t respond to emails or calls. I have one address on my account and the keep sending to the old one. I’ll be switching brands. They don’t give a damn about customer service.

I have purchased up until now, 4 starter kits. Along with 4 refills.
And every one of them has had a burned out coil. Making it feel like your sucking on straight up burning cotton.
Because you are with a burned out coil.
If I could give a lower then one star I would.

Well I have been trying the new lost mary BM 6000 and in conclusion it is not good, the amount of liquid is fine but the filter doesnt last even a quarter of the juice.. so every day your changing the filter and accumulating juice pods that have barely been touched before the filter starts to taste burnt, a total waste of money and id advise not buying them until the filter question is addressed because you will have dozens of almost full liquids and lots of burnt tasting pods ..

Just bought my second BM6000 pod yesterday. The first was about a year ago.

Both coils burnt out about 1/4 way through the liquid.

Will never buy again. Pure dirt…

Easy to use your site great discount and would only ever buy lost mary. Delivery is great as its free. These were for me and a friend.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I got the newest edition of lost mary, yet the juice still spits on my lip. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed immediately!
