Have been ordering with 4NX for some time now. Quick delivery in the past and always cost-effective. Last 2 experiences have waited well beyond the stated delivery times and still waiting for an order 6 days later. Disappointed.

Best flavors of any niccotine pouch company I have tried. The pouches seem to last longer than other brands. Their own website features good deals and postage is always prompt. I've never had any problems with pouches bursting, unlike other companies.

THESE ARE POISONOUS IF SWALLOWED The bags i had from 4nx burst in my mouth there is very poor quality issues throughout less nicotine in some than stated and some which contained far too much and made me ill bags frail and most weak so much so picking one up made it rip where my fingers had been will not advise using this site use nordic spirit or another reputable company edit: I do believe this was a one time thing the other pot i got was all usable with strong bags i think it may of been old stock they were trying to shift

Overall Good.
Good Quality. Good Pricing. The only thing is sometimes you might get a can with some pouches which have not been closed properly at the ends. Hence you might get some powder spilled inside the can.

Quality / customer service poor
I've had a few problems now with 4nx. Firstly the quality control is very poor I've opened tubs that a third of the product have been split open (I've never had this problem with Nordic spirit or velo) ... Emailed 4nx to let them know but got no response.
Secondly their costumer service seems impossible to contact. I recently ordered a kick bundle pack (first packs I've order in some time hoping they had improved over that period of time) I paid extra for the DHL next day delivery. But have
still not received my order I've emailed (but only got an automated response) and also tried phoning customer service I don't know how many times (the phone just rings and rings)
I don't know how a company that wants repeat customers can operate this way?
