Item was delivered on time and was true to the pictures of it. Efficient service.

Poor quality. I have bought abayas from Abayabuth several times. I have always been very satisfied — the quality was very good. But the quality of the last product I purchased is much lower, even though it was marked as premium in the product description. However, there is nothing premium about it. I am very disappointed.

This was my first time ordering an abaya from AbayaButh , tbh I was really nervous at first as I didn’t wanted the abaya to be below my expectations but trust me when it came today it was way more beautiful than I expected it to be🥹🥹💓💓 I am so in love with it, plus it was exactly like the picture. I am so excited to wear it in the future inshaAllah💌💌💌 May Allah continue to add barakah for AbayaButh Ameen Sumameen💓

Their abayas have an unmistakable style. The materials used are of excellent quality, and the fit is always perfect.
Each piece is packaged with great care and attention.
Despite ordering from Saudi Arabia, the delivery was incredibly fast — just as it used to be when I ordered from Europe.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

⚠️ Scammers

I ordered abayas that were advertised as "high quality" – what I received was cheap, SHEIN flimsy fabric that looked NOTHING like the photos. I immediately returned the items (at my own expense – £7 out of pocket) only for them to lie and claim there was a "stain" just to avoid refunding me. There was NO stain. The abayas were untouched. Just a pathetic excuse to cheat customers.

What makes this worse is that they market themselves with Islamic values, yet their actions are the complete opposite – lying, stealing, and scamming people out of their money. There is nothing halal or ethical about what they’re doing. Using religion to build trust and then abusing it for profit is absolutely disgusting.

How do you sleep at night knowing your money is earned through deception?

You should be ashamed. May people see you for what you really are. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone – ever. A complete scam operation.

Bought a kids abaya . My child and I were quite looking forward to it . Then got an email that parts of the order are missing and it’s the last in stock . That was extremely disappointing, ofcourse no fault of theirs . The reason of one star is the way they handles their own error. I run a small business , and if something was going to upset my client even if it’s a postage error , I try to make things better for them by recreating from my own pocket. I don’t think I’m wrong in expecting them to match a similar product slightly pricier and they simply declined , only offering a refund as a solution . All that time and efforts wasted , and no compensation for it . Wouldn’t be buying from them again .

I had such a great experience with this company. Their customer service went above and beyond, they kindly exchanged sizes for me even though they weren’t obligated to, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, professional, and friendly. The abaya itself is beautiful and excellent quality. Overall, I’m so impressed with both the product and the service, and I’ll definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!

I can’t express how happy I am with my velvet cape!

It’s actually better in person, it’s so beautiful, the material is really good. I also got an inner dress, the fitting is perfect according to the size chart.

I ordered Monday night, and I already got it by Wednesday, given the fact I’m based in Canada Ontario.

I have bought dresses from Abaya Buth a few times and they never disappoint. Quality is always amazing and they keep in excellent condition. The two latest ‘bridal abayas’ I bought as bridesmaid dresses are beyond stunning. The details are intricate and beautiful. Perfection. The Mahogany abaya I ordered is stunning. The craftsmanship is perfect. I absolutely love it and look beautiful in it. Packaging was with care and arrived in time. Looking forward to ordering more lovely pieces from Abaya Buth.

Paid $70 to ship back only for them to decline the return and charge me $20 to send the item back or donate it. I’m not donating $250 worth of clothes. Reason for decking the return? A small white smear of dust. Literally wiped it off after going over it and looking for it. It was barely visible. Will not order from them again. Return process isn’t worth the money spent.

They are always up to date with the trendiest colors, fabrics and designs.
They show that you can dress modestly and yet keep your uniqe style and love of Fashion.
The variety matches all ages and the customes service are efficient and super nice!

I have purchased few abayas with inners for a wedding in Dallas but the flight left our luggage in Glasgow and didn’t had a chance to wear them. Despite of return date passed by, after my request Abaya buth issued me with store credit that made me purchased the new order of abayas that i can at least wear it in s daily wear.
My special msg to the AbayaButh team that you guys are great. I was so worried because of the issue happened but you guys helped and supported me and save my money go wasted and i am able to get abayas which can be used in sha Allah.

The charcoal head scarf I ordered payed £12.99 is a very narrow Scarf not what it seems on yeh picture no sizes to choose from not even a standard size hijab

Best quality abayas. The work that is put into making these abayas is AMAZING. All the abayas a timeless and elegant.

The abaya was shipped in a beautiful box, wrapped with tissue paper. A thank you card with a duaa.
