Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service: prompt and responsive. Bought a gift box with an abaya for a special occasion and the box was damaged in transit. A quick email to Abayabuth explaining how I needed it asap, and they promptly dealt with the situation with the box arriving on time. Have shopped here before but only had this situation this time and will continue to use their products which are always beautifully presented and make amazing gifts.

The service was good but the product…
The colour of the item is completely different from the photos. I understand small color variations, but this was nowhere close, the pictures are clearly edited and misleading. Very disappointed with the accuracy of the product images.

All of our abayas come with a matching hijab as part of the set, and this is clearly stated in the product description. We do offer jersey hijabs separately; however, we are unable to swap items within a set for different products, as they are sold as standard matched combinations.

Overall experience was great
Overall experience was great, great quality of items and very beautiful design even better than on the picture. However the shipping cost is too high. I paid $50 for expedite delivery, and when the item arrived to the local postal service they asked me to pay additional $45 for the shipping cost. I was very disappointed as was not ready to pay $100 for delivery.

Regarding the shipping costs, we understand your disappointment. Your order weighed 3 kg, and you selected express delivery, which does come at a higher cost due to weight and speed.
The additional $45 you were charged upon arrival was not a shipping fee from us, but a customs duty fee applied by U.S. Customs. At checkout we provide two options:
- Delivery with duties included
- Delivery excluding duties
In this case, the option selected was excluding duties, which means any customs charges are collected by the destination country during delivery.
We completely understand how unexpected fees can be frustrating, and we are always here to help clarify shipping and duty options for future orders.

Abayabuth is the most fantastic Abaya company. The quality can’t be beaten, and designs are just exquisite. There’s something for everyone including cute styles for kids. They have never let me down, delivery has always been on time. When I needed an exchange they were very helpful and understood my urgency for my family’s umrah trip.
