No word can explain how much I love this company, every thing is on point, the updates, delivery, the packaging not to mention but the few it’s the best.

Tracking details was shared. The delivery was quick even though it was all the way from the UK to Australia. All the abayas I ordered were of excellent quality fabric, comfortable to wear. Specially I want to mention about the Luxury Tassel Embellished Open Abaya I wore for my younger sister’s wedding. Honestly the photo doesn’t do justice , the abaya is so beautiful I got lots of compliments.

Quality products, great styles, Ordered a limited edition open lace abaya and was delivered I loved the item and the colour was very nice but unfortunately it was a little bit short so have returned for exchange for a longer size. Waiting for the abaya to be delivered. Although you have to pay again for return and re- delivery the processing was quite easy. The prices are quite expensive but quality of products are great. Will buy again when new designs available like the one I bought

I've been a customer for many years and have always found AbayaButh to have a varied catalogue of items, all sharing that they are high quality, while catering to different audiences. From middle aged, plump muslimahs like myself, to young women in their twenties that want something that speaks to their values as Muslims while still being modern and fashionable enough.

Shipping is flawless, also for us international/European customers, where items arrive quicker than for many other companies. Customs are now an inevitable part of the experience, and slightly slows down the process, after the UK left EU, but that is not something AbayaButh can be blamed for.

Returns are fuss free and easy. Registered from the order you made, reviewed and given the OK from the company, sent in through tracked mail and then inspected and given a thumbs up/thumbs down.

All in all - a company that have their act together in how they are managed as well as their thumb on the pulse for what flies/what's a no-no given the current trends in modest fashion. Faithful customer here, and a few other places that can show the same professionalism, see no reason to change that for the foreseeable future.

This company has great customer service! I emailed to ask if I could exchange for a different size and was supported through the entire process with timely responses that were personalised for my enquiry. They supported me with sizing over email and provided clear instructions on returning etc. A very positive experience with their customer service! Clothes were also high quality and well packaged - I plan on shopping here again!
