Academics Reviews

As a first-year teacher, stepping into the world of education felt both exciting and overwhelming. I was incredibly fortunate to have Daniel as a support during this critical time. From the very beginning, he made it clear that I could reach out to him at any time—and he truly meant it. Whether it was a major concern or just one of those “silly” things you hesitate to mention, Daniel was always there to listen, offer guidance, and help me feel heard.

What meant the most to me was that even when I felt like giving up, Daniel never gave up on me. He believed in me when I doubted myself, and that belief carried me through some of the most challenging moments of my first year. His unwavering support gave me the strength to keep going and the confidence to grow.

His advice was consistently thoughtful, encouraging, and practical. More than anything, it was his kindness that stood out. Daniel never made me feel like I was a burden, even when I reached out often. He had a genuine way of making me feel like my growth and confidence mattered.

It wasn’t just Daniel, either. His entire team reflected the same warmth and support. They were welcoming, responsive, and clearly committed to their job. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks to Daniel and his team, my first year of teaching became not just a learning journey, but a truly transformative one. Their encouragement helped me grow not just as an educator, but also as a person.

Maybe our paths will cross again in the future—it would truly be a pleasure.

Awful agency, literally the worst I
have worked for. Never got me any work and the few times they did they put me in as a HLTA so they could pay me less than scale. Never returns messages or emails and point blank refuse to give a reference

Academics have been amazing! Especially Keenan and Louis - thank you so much! Defo recommend X

Ryan Morris is an exceptionally kind, humble, and gracious person. His presence radiates warmth and sincerity, making everyone around him feel valued and respected. Working with him is not only a pleasure but also a privilege — he creates a space where one feels truly heard, supported, and encouraged. His gentle demeanor, unwavering patience, and uplifting spirit make him a remarkable individual to work with, and I feel genuinely fortunate to have him as a colleague.
