Access Solutions Stairlifts & Mobility Reviews

Very compassionate gentlemen. Also explained everything in detail

very quick and clear understanding of problem with response to supply of new lift within 7 days

We made enquiries Friday morning and Steve came in the afternoon to make an assessment. We were pleased with the information he gave and the quote he offered. We decided to rent a stairlift from the firm and one was installed the following Thursday.

The work carried out by him and Graham was completed successfully. We now have a working stairlift.

Great service from making first enquiry was only days for fitting.
Stair engineers were great polite and well respected my property.
would recommend Access Soultions all.
This has made a huge difference to myself and my wife remaining independent in our home.

Good experience from contacting the company to having stair lift installed.

Engineer very helpful and explained how to use the equipment and what to do if there were any problems; also ensured I was satisfied with everything he had carried out before leaving the premises.

Steven and Graham, the fitters were brilliant. Worked quickly and tidily and explained everything as they went. They were friendly and chatty and made the whole experience enjoyable. The stairlift is perfect for my needs, they showed me exactly how to work it, it is very neat and folds to allow able bodies to walk upstairs while I can glide up and down easily.

The team stairlift solutions were fantastic from the first phone call to the appointment and the fitting . Steven the fitter was a great help in explaining everything not only fitting the lift . He also assisted on an emergency with my partner when my father lost his footing and balance in the bedroom he went above and beyond working at the house a very caring and conscientious person thanks again And to our friend amber for the recommendation

Rang to enquire first thing on Monday about installing a stairlift, engineer out later Monday morning. Access solutions then said they would be out to fit the stair lift on Wednesday lunchtime, which they did, BRILLIANT!!!
I was on crutches and unable to get upstairs to bed, now I can thanks to Access Solutions. I couldn't have asked for better service. - BRILLIANT 5 STAR SERVICE !!!

I found that we had excellent service from the initial phone call regarding inquiry about a stair lift. Everything was explained in full in a way we could understand. The work was carried out smoothly and efficiently. On the whole an excellent job. I would have no doubts about recommending Access Solutions to anyone.

Very efficient from asking for a quote/ assessment to having the stair lift installed. Given good advice.
Very tidy and clean when installing the stair lift and given good demonstration and explanation

Excellent from enquiry to fitting and all completed in 24 hours. I can't praise them enough for their services. And even polite with a sense of humour but that's what you get from living up North, people who care and try their best to do their best job (in this instance anyway).
Would highly recommend the company and thanks to Stephen and Graham who fitted it, they were even house trained 🤣, covered there shoes & put carpet covering down.
10/10

Very friendly and professional service

I phoned Access Solutions on Tuesday stating I would like to go ahead with having a stairlift fitted and by Wednesday lunchtime it had been installed by Graham. Everything was explained to me on its use. It was an excellent experience from initial phone call to installation.

A fully professional and courteous service from beginning to end. All enquiries were handled expertly without any fuss and very much appreciated. Steve was extremely tidy, understanding and knowledgeable. All said and done I couldn’t ask for a better job. THANKS!

Extremely professional, friendly and helpful from my first contact with them in 2023, when I purchased my stairlift, right through until my most recent annual service. Pleasant and stress free experiences with reasonable pricing too. A breath of fresh air!!!
I can only speak highly of their whole team and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

First class. Steve was able to fit us in short notice and fitted the stairlift in super quick time. All done without mess. Enabled my husband to be discharged from hospital on the same day.

The service provided to us was excellent. The pricing was better than anywhere we had been recommended and the fitting of the stairlift was carried out to perfection. There was real thought put in and a lot of time spent with us explaining how everything worked. I can't recommend highly enough.

I can't say enough good things about Access Solutions Stairlifts & Mobility! From the initial consultation to the installation of our second stairlift, the team was fantastic.
