Access Solutions Stairlifts & Mobility Reviews

Excellent service from start to finish and very reasonable price. Engineer very efficient and explained every thing.

I cannot recommend highly enough this firm, within an hour of making making a call to request a stair lift fitting for my elderly mum, the company were on site fitting the equipment ! They understood the need and went over and above to deliver a stairlift, the guys removed the existing handrail and disposed of same ! Nothing was too much trouble. An about outstanding customer experience! Thank you 😊

From enquiry/order to completion took 24 hours. The service and staff was first class and the chair lift is everything we hoped for

Outstanding service from Access Solutions. From contact to completion in under 24 hours. Thanks to the engineers Steven and Graham. Could not provide better service. Thank you.

From start to finish the whole process was great. Steve explained the options and answered all my questions without putting me under pressure. The installation was quick and efficient, the guys made sure the house was kept clean and tidy. My Aunt now has a great stairlift thats has given her some of her independence back. Thanks

Superb service from beginning to completion. Stairlift fitted in just over an hour on day of our choice. Installers Steven and Graham very respectful of our property and diligence to their preparation from start to completion very commendable. Spent some time explaining the working of the "lift" and carried out several trial runs. Deserve 5 Stars.

very helpfull good service have used the company before for my late husband fitter very helpfull

Needed a stairlift urgently for my wife who was being discharged from a hospice the next day. I contacted Access Solutions and explained my needs. After a promised call back, I’d spoken directly to Steven, who with Graham would be installing the stairlift. We sorted everything out after a couple of phone calls and some texts with pictures and measurements. The stairlift was fitted the next morning by 10:30. Steven and Graham were great, quickly and efficiently fitting the stairlift. Steven demonstrated how to use the stairlift. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

The fitters, Stephen and Graham, were excellent. Pleasant helpful, gave my mother good advice and guidance. They were prompt, efficient and tidy; cleaning up after themselves too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
P.S. my mother loves her stairlift.

After my initial enquiry by phone, I was contacted shortly after and the stairlift was fitted the next day. The people I was in contact with were very helpful, I was told how to use it simply but very accurately. I cannot thank them enough, it has changed my life as it was so difficult and painful for me to get upstairs. I should have got one month's ago.

Excellent 5* service from start to finish. Personalised support, communication and installation for my grandma. She is super happy now she has the equipment that is suitable for her.
Thank you Steve and co

The two fitters (Steven and Graham) were super professional and respectful when fitting the two stairlifts. There were both quick and efficient and removed all packaging upon completion.
I would recommend this firm to anyone requiring a stairlift.

Excellent service engineers highly professional and very knowledgeable.
Took 2 days from initial phone call to fitting, you cannot beat that

Great service rang Wednesday and was fitted Thursday lovely lads

From making the initial enquiry to getting the stairlift fitted, the service was impeccable.
Absolutely amazing customer care and wonderful staff. Cannot recommended enough.

Steven came out the very next day after I contacted the office and within a week I had my desperately need lift in Steven and Graham worked limed the flappers in all the heat to instal my stairlift. Two great guys and excellent service

I was recommended to this company by a very satisfied client. Everything went just according to the recommendation. I phoned the company on a Friday morning and was given all the information I needed by the very friendly and efficient person on the other end. Within a couple of hours I received a phone call from Stephen arranging a visit and within 45 mins, he was measuring the job. The stairlift would have been fitted on the next working day, but due to the abnormal length of my stairs, it was "delayed" until the Tuesday morning. Within an hour (by 10.10 a.m.), my stairlift was working..... thanks to the two excellent fitters. There was no pressure to take any of the payment/time length options available and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and its workers to everyone. No wonder they always seem to have plenty of work!
