Access Solutions Stairlifts & Mobility Reviews

From first contact to installation, which only took 2 days, everyone at the company treated me with respect. Te cost was very reasonable and they explained everything clearly so it was easy to understand. The installatiom was really good, professionally done, no mess left, and i was given a demonstration on how to use the stairlift. Overall my experience with this company was excellent. I would strongly recommend this company.

brilliant service from the lads, prompt and very informative about the lift. No mess to clear after completion. Cannot speak highly enough of them.

First class service would recommend

Very quick and excellent service, lovely man Steven fitted stairlift ,explained it all to us very clearly, very professional would definitely recommend

Fantastic professional service from the engineer prior to installation. Received the custom built stairlift quicker than expected and it was installed within 5 hours. Brilliant service and I would highly recommend this company.

We got a stairlift fitted for my Mum, thinking she had at least 12 months to live, however sadly she only lived 5 weeks. We paid in full for a 12 month contract. We asked if they would mind sacrificing a small amount to her favourite charity, Cancer Research, unfortunately we received no reply, shame as the company could of offset this on their accounts to charity and still be none worse off.

Hence, think do you really need to take a long contract at the prices as you will lose money and they will gain as they will get their stairlift back quicker.

Access Solutions were easy to deal with and had great communication. The fitter arrived when he said he would and did an excellent job. The whole process was seamless from my initial enquiry to fitting and I highly recommend them.

Fast and easy, no mess, very knowledgeable about product with good demonstration

Great service, product so far seems really good but only been in a week.
Steven provided excellent advice prior to the installation.
The installation went really smoothly and after his instructions we were left feeling very confident that the stairlift would be great for our elderly mother.

I can highly recommend this company. I rang last Monday asking for urgent installation of a stairlift for my husband who had just come out of hospital. The lift was installed within a couple of days by Steve and Graham who were polite and professional. We have had stairlifts in the past but I must say this is the best we have had. Many thanks

Rang this company up late Friday afternoon. By Monday afternoon it was fully installed. Steve and Graham
We’re very professional and worked to a very high standard. I would highly recommend this company

I can not recommend this company highly
enough. They went out of their way in getting a stair lift fitted into my Dads to enable him to get home.
The technician was very caring, understanding and gave easy imstructions on using the stir lift

I cannot thank Catherine and Steven enough for their service. From the initial phone call (Catherine) to the installation (Steven). Their compassionate, caring and efficient service for my dad was perfect (and I am not impressed easily!). From phone call to installation was 48 hours. The price was exceptional - one blanket fee for 6 months which was very reasonable after being quoted stupid fees from others going up to £1k - really? Whatever others were quoting for the service and efficiency could not have been beaten. Their service and pricing were even more comforting to me as I live in Manchester and this company took all of my worry away and made things so easy. This company deserves anyone's business in my view. My dad is now converted as he was not convinced but Steven put him at ease. thanks Kath Ward

Very efficient from the first enquiry call. An engineer came out the same day. Every thing we where told and promissed happened. Absolutely first class.

Very professional approach which made me feel confident that I was using the right firm. I was kept appropriately updated . Installation went smoothly . The engineers were polite& helpful

Absolutely first rate service. Following my father’s stroke, we were anxious to move forward quickly on installing a stairlift. I called and spoke to Amber and was pleasantly surprised at the rental costs which included installation (less than a £1 a day). She arranged for Stephen to meet with us on the same day and 3 days later the stairlift was installed. Clean, tidy and efficient - hugely impressed and my dad has peace of mind when he returns home. Highly recommended!

Amazing service rang at 9am to make and initial enquiry about stair lift for parent and by 3pm it was fully installed and working. Steve and his team were great very sympathetic to parents needs. They provided protection for carpet and cleaned up after themselves after giving a full demonstration.
Would highly recommend based on the service and experience we had with them.
Many thanks to Steve and his team.

Amazing company. From the first phone call to installation i felt supported by kind understanding people. Within two days my stairs were measured and lift installed and up and running. The men who came to fit it were so nice and caring, they cleaned up every bit of mess after them. Would recommend this company 100%. Thankyou so much for your help x
