Access Solutions Stairlifts & Mobility Reviews

I called this company in desperate need as my father had fallen down the stairs and was highly likely to fall again. We didn't want to risk waiting for NHS to arrange a stair lift but we figured it's going to be very expensive to get one fitted privately.
I called this company for advise.
I couldn't believe the service!!
In less than 24hrs, we had a stair lift fitted, demonstrated and lots of advice given. The engineers we're proffessional, friendly and filled us with confidence.
The chair is great quality, works brilliantly and easy to use.
The cost was very very surprising, not at all expense in my opinion.
Amazing value, brilliant company, top class engineers.
I'd highly recommend.

Had stairlift installed recently.
The office staff to the installation engineers were pleasant, efficient and helpful throughout.
I phoned around several firms for prices and found Access Solutions to be most competitive.

exceptional service speedy and efficient could not be more helpful.

I only rang Access Solutions this morning to make an enquiry about a stairlift for my mother and it was installed by 3pm. What an excellent service, the two engineers who came to fit the stairlift were brilliant, they explained everything they were going to do before they started and had the stairlift fitted in no time at all. The engineers even moved my mother's handrail. I would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent and prompt service. The fitters left no mess and were very good explaining how the stair lift worked.
It has transformed my husband life and independence.

We were looking to get a stairlift installed quickly, access solutions were able to complete the survey and fit the stairlift within 2 days, very friendly, professional and helpful service from the lady I spoke to initially in the office right through to the guys who completed the installation. I can't fault Access Solutions at all, would definitely recommend them. 5* service.

The service and professionalism from beginning to end was excellent. I cannot fault anything and would not hesitate to recommend this company. I would like to thank Steve and Andy for installing the stairlift they were very organised and helpful

Very courteous and knowledgable staff when I made my initial enquiries about renting a stairlift and from placing the order to fitting it was an extremely timely response. 3 working days from ordering to fitting.
The fitters were also really efficient and very caring and compassionate to my Mother - in - Law. She is absolutely delighted with the final job.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Access Solutions for my Mums stairlift. The engineer Steve was so helpful discussing different options. We went with Steve’s recommendation of renting a straight stairlift which is perfect for Mums needs.
Fast, efficient reliable and friendly service. Highly recommend

Very efficient service. Had old lift removed and new one installed within a couple of hours. The guys that came were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish getting my Mother’s stairlift fitted. Very friendly and helpful fitter. Excellent work. Would definitely recommend this company.

Rang to see how soon we could get a stairlift fitted as we were trying to get a family member home from hospital, rang Friday, they came and measured up on the Saturday and fitted it on the Monday! Fantastic from start to finish. Very professional and greatly appreciated by us. Well done!!

Great service from the engineer Steve who fitted my father's stairlift. Good, honest advice and a thoroughly professional job without any hard sell. Steve explained everything in clear terms and his workmanship was neat, tidy and without mess.
Cost was half the price of another competitor ( who were very much *hard sell' ).
I highly recommend Acces Solutions.

Such wonderful service from Access Solutions. The installation engineer was efficient, courteous and knowledgable. He put himself out to get our stairlift installed quickly, which enabled us to get Dad home from rehab care. Dad is loving the stairlift, it has honestly changed his life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!

Made enquiry one day and stairlift was fitted the next. Pleased with engineer Steve, he was polite, helpful and explained how to use the lift, and only took a couple of hours to install. Would recommend this company.

From initially contacting Access Solutions Stairlifts and mobility, to the installation of the Stairlift.
I felt reassured and confident I had made the right choice , in the friendly, knowledgeable and professional installers Steve and Gary .
Also reassuring to know you are dealing with a local company .

Excellent service. Contacted Access Solutions to arrange for a lift to be fitted in my mother's house. Discussed the requirements one day and the lift was fitted the next!
The fitting team were friendly and efficient, cleaning everything down before leaving.
Had the option of buying the lift or renting on a yearly basis. Opted for the latter which also included servicing and maintenance.
Very pleased with the whole experience.
Would definitely recommend.
