I rarely provide feedback on social media, however, my recent experience dealing with Lilia Ghenim- Senior Lettings Manager, The Acorn Group covering Brockley/ Catford & Lewisham, I felt I had too.

My property is located quite a distance from my home, so I've had to work very closely with Lilia throughout the Lettings process of finding me suitable tenants for my property.

Lilia has a wonderful attitude, she was friendly but very professional. I found Lilia very approachable, she conveyed information to me in a clear, concise and efficient way. Lilia did whatever she could to support me and arranged some tasks which she took personal responsibility for which meant I could avoid the long drive to the property.

Rainham Acorn - I was purchasing a property they had up for sale. Mark and Abbie have been absolute godsends, my solicitor lacked a little with communication but they were so informative & supported me and their seller massively. Spoke almost daily, some times more keeping me updated. Very happy first time buyer. Thanks Mark and Abbie, I owe you!

Had a particularly difficult sale due to cladding/ews1 issues but Jake and Layton at Acorn went over and above to ensure I got a sale that completed. Both kept me up to date, kept chasing the buyer's solicitor and got my transaction completed. I couldn't have asked for more from them.

Much like the comment below at time of writing this, I would also put Zero if I could. We have had the misfortune to come into contact with acorn, the lack of communication, and rudeness over the phone when you do finally get to someone is a joke. I think the staff forget they are speaking to humans, maybe they have too many clients as they cannot juggle Tenants and landlords at all. This has been the same for everyone we have had the misfortune to speak to. I would choose any estate agent over these, they are just looking to exploit tenants and landlords whilst providing no service at all!

If I could rate this company a zero, I would. We had a viewing booked for 5:30pm, we arrived at the property on time and continued to circle the building looking for the estate agent. At 5:40 I began calling the branch to find out where the estate agent was, I called a total of 15 times (the branch does not close till 6) and failed to reach anyone. After driving to the property, paying for parking, calling the branch, circling the building for half an hour, we gave up and returned home. I then called the branch the next morning to be told, the agent was at the property till 6… however we called the doorbell of the property many times and called the branch 15 times, with no success. The company is unprofessional and lacks any knowledge on how to communicate. WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I would like to thank Kelly and her team at Acorn estate agents for all their hard work. My mother-in-law’s retirement flat had proved to hard to sell due to the age restrictions on retirement flats, and the fact that there are so many choices of retirement flats on the market in our area. She certainly had her work cut out for her!
Kelly always stayed in touch and kept us up to date on all the viewings they had of the flat and the feedback they received back. If Kelly wasn’t available when I called the office, someone always tried to deal with my query, or if they couldn’t help got Kelly to call back when she was available.
She would certainly be the first person I went if I needed to sell my property.

I found Acorn Lewisham to deliver a very high standard of support, advice and referrals to additional in-house services such as mortgage brokers etc during a flat purchase. Dammy in particular assisted me faultlessly throughout the purchase in a very kind and professional manner. He helped with flat hunting and then through the whole process. Highly recommend Acorn Lewisham for anything to do with buying a flat.

We used Acorn Gravesend to sell our property.
William Cornwell (Will) was both personable and professional in all our dealings with him - to the extent that, if needed, he contacted us even on his days off.
We had valuations from 5 agents but Will/Acorn really stood out and we are delighted we chose them.
Our neighbours saw how quickly our house sold and have now also sold their house with the Acorn Gravesend team - can't get a better recommendation than that.

Absolutely useless. I am looking to buy a property. I have problems with my throat so I asked them 3 times to email me not phone me. Each time they phoned me and asked me to call them back.
