Worst customer service. Not able to use a voucher and instead of offering an alternative they just keep the money and are not interested in any solution. Customer representative said that’s our term you’ve accepted. Ok I understand but a bit customer service should be possible.

What a way to celebrate my nephew birthday, 19!!!! My niece and nephew both highly enjoyed the staff that was given to them. Raul and I can’t remember the other guy name but they both were such great company to fly with. Thank you guys for making my nephew birthday one to remember for sure!!!!

We had a last minute addition to our Helicopter tour. The staff at Adrenaline were quickly able to make arrangements for the additonal team member in very quick time. We really appreciated such great customer service that made the exeperience top notch.

Staff at Adrenaline responded in a timely and professional manner when our plans had to change at fairly short notice. We were still able to have a memorable flight over the Grand Canyon thanks to their caring approach.

I was very pleased with the assistance and help. I typically don't enjoy calling customer service but had some specific questions and they were able to walk me through everything and made me feel comfortable with the booking and process.

I booked an NYC helicopter tour for my parents while they were visiting the US for the first time. I thought it would be difficult for me to book tours because I am not very good at English. But the customer service people were very patient and amazing!! They seemed very transparent and helped me throughout the booking.

Booked online, then called and spoke to an agent to confirm my booking and payment. Payment was taken out of my bank account & then I get an email that it was declined however, it was not and my money was sent to them. 5 days prior to my travel day because they can't confirm payment? (their explanations making no sense) they cancel my tour -seems like a very shady business

Booked on line, on Saturday for Monday.... only in Hawaii short time... after confirming, giving date and taking payment.... you canceled my 2 person excursion ( I assume to book a 4 person) and offered a date after I was leaving

Your company is poor quality

We booked a hot air balloon ride with Adrenaline in Pheonix two days in advance. Adrenaline sent us a confirmation letter with all the information. However when we got there on the reserved ride day, the ride company said they have never received the reservation from Adrenaline, so we were rejected to ride. This totally ruinned our plan and our day. The worse experience ever. I can't believe Adrenaline is so irresponsible and unprofessional. Highly un recommended!

I bought hot air balloon ride certificates for my wife's birthday.
We went on the experience provider website and booked our ride. On the scheduled date we drove for two hours to the place to find out that there is no hot air balloon rides. We called the provider's phone number but it transferred our call to the voicemail that was full. We called adrenaline and told us that they would start the refund process and it would take about three days. We never heard back from them. A week later I called again and a very polite person said that they are still working on it and trying to contact the experience provider, for some reason. I didn't think much of it and agreed to wait another three days. After another week of waiting I called again and this time a person on the phone said that my certificates were reactivated and I can book a different activity. I said that Adrenaline failed to provide their services so I want a refund to which they said that their certificates are not refundable. This business needs to be shutdown.

Once I posted on Trustpilot I received my refund with an apology which I appreciate.

When I booked I thought I was booking directly with Papillon Helicopter your. Booking was simple for a helicopter and hummer tour with Adrenaline. They are quick to take your money but not quick to provide a refund. However Grand Canyon helicopter tour was cancelled due to weather (11/3) I contacted Adrenaline to let them know the helicopter tour was cancelled. I have called several times only to be told by Sam that she would contact Papillon (they were doing the tour) to confirm the tour was cancelled due to weather. Every time I have spoken to her she says the same thing. She said once she contacts them and if the tour was cancelled I would receive a refund within 7-10 days. It has been a month and I still haven’t received a refund. I’m only asking for a partial refund because I did take the hummer tour.
I wish I had read the reviews if this company before booking with them!
