booked boat charter, they never confirm and its a week away, don't bother booking with and bad customer service

Die Seite ist nicht empfehlenswert. Wir haben am 14.8.2022 drei Helicopterflüge im Grand Canyon gebucht. Hierfür kann man auf der Seite von Adrenaline jeweils die freien Zeitslots auswählen. Circa 10 Stunden später wurden von Adrenaline die Flüge als nicht mehr verfügbar gemeldet. Die angebotenen Alternativtermine waren für uns nicht sinnvoll. Nach Anruf bei Adrenaline bat man uns, dies mit den aktuell als verfügbar angezeigten Slots noch einmal zu versuchen. Wir haben erneut 2 Flüge gebucht und diese wurden 12 Stunden später erneut als nicht verfügbar gemeldet. Leider konnten wir dann nicht mehr fliegen. Meine Empfehlung: Adrenaline meiden und direkt bei den Anbietern buchen. Zudem ist bei Anrufen die Hotline in Chicago ausgesprochen unfreundlich und wenig serviceorientiert.

My husband NEVER went on his fathers day helicopter ride!! Yet in order to book they need your credit card before they confirm . ITS a SCAM!!! They charge your card, use independent vendors and then say they can't do what you ask but never credit your credit card back . Saying it will drop off cause its a pending charge .It Don't!!! PS I did it through Paypal .. They supported the scam !! asking for proof of a credit that was. ever issued so they validated them keeping payment for service NEVER received !!! DONT give Adrenaline or Paypal your credit card !! NO PROTECTION!!!!!

I booked Helicoptor tour for Air Maui Hawaii using this site. Unfortunately I got covid 3 days before my scheduled travel.

Air Maui itself has 48 hrs free cancellation policy. However, Adrenaline.com just want to loot hard earned money of people. They dont care about the reasons and charge 10% cancellation fee when everybody else (Hotel, AIrlines. Air Maui itself) were ready to cancel with zero cost.

They gave us false information and a still intent to keep a fee. We would have missed our international flight! Scam!

They need to be ashamed of themselves! Booked a helicopter trip they canceled within a couple days of MY DAUGHTER BIRTHDAY! Refunded me the money but kept 30$ smh. SCAMMERSSSSS!!!! they probably doing that to everyone!

As soon as the booking went through Adrenaline sent me an email for all future communications to go through the helicopter company. Straight away I could see we paid $200 more than we should have ($699 directly or $899 through the aggregator site). That $200 was ONLY for a booking fee as they wiped their hands of all contact or issues afterwards. Luckily for us GSL Aviation were great. Don’t book using adrenaline! By all means use the site to find what activities you want to do, but don’t waste your hard earned money by giving them an exorbitant booking fee.

This company doesn’t deserve even this one star but sadly I can’t do negative stars!!
Booked a New York boat tour, had to call them twice to get them to send the details of where to go and when etc, finally got them, we waited over 2 hours for the boat which didn’t turn up! When I called this company to advise them of this and find out what happened, they really didn’t seem to care less. No apology, they took no responsibility, and no attempt to try and reorganise or reimburse us. Incredibly poor communication and customer service throughout. I’ve had to call and chase the refund too! The women named Sarah I had the misfortune to speak to each time honestly sounded like she couldn’t give a damn and quite frankly couldn’t be bothered to do her job!! We were so disappointed we missed out on this trip during the limited time we had in New York :( don’t risk booking anything with this awful company, you’ll be left disappointed and out of pocket!!

Booked a hot air balloon trip, told that my money would not be taken until the excursion was confirmed
They took my full payment and then cancelled my trip after five days of booking it
Couldn’t get anyone on the phone, absolutely awful company and experience

I booked a shark excursion in Hawaii, and it was canceled due to weather. I called Adrenaline regarding my refund - they let me know I should receive it in “fourteen business days”. I have spoken with them five times within the last month, each time a representative has given me a different date as to when I will expect my refund. Just got off the phone with a “friendly” representative because it is now business day sixteen. She informed me they only had one call logged in their system with me which is not true. She also informed me that she doesn’t know why I was told June 3 because “they don’t process refunds on Thursday’s” yet she proceeded to tell me that my refund was “finalized June 10”, on a Thursday. Still don’t have my money, customer service has lied to me multiple times, tried to guilt me about how they’re a “small business” when they’re nation wide. I told her I contacted my bank, and they recommended filing a claim, she got VERY defensive and said she didn’t want to deal with a legal matter, but my bank does not see any refunds processing from Adrenaline and I still don’t have my money. She told me that it is now in my banks hands to process and she justified their error by saying “it was ONLY a day late” on Adrenaline’s part. My bank does not see any incoming refunds from them still. I would say this company is a scam and I would not recommend anyone dealing with them.

I feel generous giving a one star review but I don't have the option for a negative 10.

They let me down 100% by accepting my reservation and giving me the confidence I had a confirmed booking then - NOTHING.

When I complained, after the event that they did confirmed by booking but did not send the tickets, they said word to the effect of "We had a lot of booking and could not meet demand" and then had the cheek to say "well, we didn't charge you"
SO WHY TELL ME A HAD A BOOKING!!!

It was extremely embarrassing for me to tell my party I had let them down and we had to cancel the event.

These people are SCAMMERS

There is not a low enough rating for this company. They kept changing our reservation and finally changed it to something unrealistic. I ended up calling the helicopter company direct and had a great experience. Do NOT deal with these people. It's bait and switch and all bad information.

I have purchased an experience gift voucher for my husband's birthday with an expiry of 3 years. When I called to book, they told me I need to add $150 as the prices have changed. The told me that in the terms & conditions it says that you have only 12 months to use it with that amount.
I didn't read the fine letters and nobody told me that when I purchased.
I am very disappointed.
Be careful when you purchase anything from them, the expiry date doesn't mean anything

been chasing a refund since march and keep getting told there is a merchant PayPal issue. Load of BS absolutely disgusting company who are quick enough to take my hard earned cash but will not return it. Absolutely appalled in the service and will be telling everyone I know never to book a thing with this company. Absolutely VILE keeping peoples money in the middle of a pandemic.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company which has kind of hampered my view of the site. I live in chronic pain due to multiple spinal surgeries and I am able to sit ok for a period of time, but standing not as much. My friend had a voucher to use for the V8 hot laps and I enjoy driving and I myself won't be able to afford a nice, fast car so I said to my friend I will do it with him also for my birthday if possible. I was handling the booking, and in an email adrenaline offered me 10% off the total price as I was awaiting to book it, as a way to entice me to book it. I thought great, and this would save me some money. I then booked it, and Adrenaline not only didn't take the 10% off, but also after multiple conversations, refused to apply it, even though it was offered, in writing in an email sent to me, as a way to further entice the booking. So they got 2 full amount paid bookings when they had actually offered 10% off. I was extremely disappointed in the handling of the situation and thought it was pretty sneaky and deceptive of them to do that.

Be careful with booking and always double check the confirmation as it can be cancelled at any time without your permission and no communication back . I have experience with my kids so you can imagine how frustration is ..

They make getting a refund similar to pulling teeth. I had to cancel a helicopter trip and after ten days of trying to get a refund- every time I contact them it is something new as to why I haven’t received my refund (now it is ten Business days, now its weather?, now their accounting system is backed up?! It is a sketchy company out of Chicago and Australia that now sent me a receipt of refunds but did not actually refund me at all! Maybe they are a good company but not when they do not get to keep your money! I have been on the phone with the manager for nearly 30 minutes after talking to three representatives who offered no help at all.

I need Adrenaline to get to work everyday!.

We booked our helicopter grand canyon excursion with Adrenaline.com and selected a pick up location of Vdara hotel only to find out 10 mins after our pick up time that you don't pick up there. We had to run to Aria hotel only to find out that the bus has left, When I called Adrenaline the service agent advised it is the fault of Papillon. They took NO responsibility for the error on the website that allowed us to select the Vdara as a pick up location. And of course no refund was made. I would not recommend Adrenaline.

My husband purchased a Ferrari drive for Summit Point Motorsports Park. When we went to book it online, it didn't show that it was even available. We called Adrenaline and they said it is no longer available and to call back next year. Call back next year? They refused to refund the money. Do not purchase from this company.
