DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had to cancel my trip because of severe sciatica. They worked very hard to claim it was a pre-existing condition and not reimburse us. It was not a pre-existing condition!... Toon meer

Aegis Travel made searching for cheaper…
Aegis Travel made searching for cheaper flights easy. I was skeptical with calling and using their services at first because I had never heard of them, but I took my chances and prices were much less than I was expecting to pay. George was quick at answering my emails and handled my concerns in a timely manner.
Well recommend.

Radley is your shining star
Radley...if you lose him, you will lose stars. I run a Global Customer Service Department, have previously worked aboard cruiseships for 10+ years, my life has always been about people.
Customer service is not a department, it's an attitude. Radley created a beautiful customer service experience, and now you'll always have me as a customer.
Thank you,
Debby

Radley was wonderful
Radley was wonderful! He was most patient with all my questions and concerns over booking online. He even told me to check the better business bureau page as well as the airline page we were booking on! Can't beat the assistance and price! Seat assignments were also gotten as we wanted. Will definitely use again when we need to book!

Booked with Neal to bring daughter back from Texas on Frontier. But they don't do unaccompanied minors as of November 2018. Put us in a desperate situation. When I called them to talk about it the gentleman said he couldn't do anything. This complaint will also be listed in their BBB page
