Aegis Travel Insurance Reviews 

Not only was Kiana very pleasant, she was able to answer my question about a charge on my credit card statement which I did not recognize (which is why I called).
She wanted me to send her a screen shot of the charge so she could find it, which I didn't know how to do. So she went out of her way to tell me how to take a screen shot on my cell phone and my laptop.
She was able to give me the dates for the trip I bought insurance for and also taught me how to take screen shots! She also sent me a copy of the paperwork for my policy, which I didn't have. She was great!

I needed to make a minor change to my policy and called Aegis. The call was answered right away, no waiting. Claire was super nice and helpful and took care of my request quickly. I received an email within minutes reflecting my change. Very happy with the service.

Most genial and aware of prior information.

This is the second time I am using this company for travel insurance. Today, my interaction with the agent, Kiana, was excellent. She was helpful in explaining my options and getting my insurance coverage. In addition, she was very knowledgeable as well as friendly. I will continue to use them for future travel insurance needs. Definitely recommend!

There was an error made on the dates of coverage which I requested to be changed to correct. after a bumpy start, this was corrected quickly and in a most professional way. Receive feedback from your employees and congratulate you for choosing employees who respect and care for your clients. Agent very helpful and efficient

I received better service from Keyana at Aegis than I have from any person at any insurance company ever. (And I have bought a lot of insurance over the years). Keyana knew the answer to every question I asked, and she was able to do what I asked her to do with lightening speed. Plus she was pleasant and upbeat. I had never heard of Aegis before -- but based on the service I received from Keyana, I don't think I would consider any other trip insurer in the future.

My request granted quickly

Due to the low water problems on the Danube River, we had to reschedule our Viking River cruise. Aegis readily agreed to move the dates of coverage for our policy to the rebooked dates next May.

The rep I spoke with was very polite and could answer my questions. She made the adjustment in my policy and sent me an updated copy.

My call was answered quickly by a "human". She was kind, professional and very helpful.
