4 contacts could never answer the question....
4 contacts (one call, one chat and 2 emails) asking why my insurance does not show up under my Aegis account and never got an answer. Did get incorrect answers though - very unhappy.
I actually wondered if the individual responding was English speaking because they clearly did not read my question.
