We had a great experience with Dianne from Armed Forces Financial Services and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. She was brilliant throughout our house purchase, which could easily have been very stressful, but she made the whole process feel much more straightforward.

She was always quick to respond to any questions we had, no matter how small, and kept us updated the whole way through. It really helped having that level of communication and support. She also sorted our life insurance at the same time, explaining everything clearly and making sure we got the right cover without any hassle.

Overall, really knowledgeable, easy to deal with and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
