Dianne was absolutely fantastic. As first time buyers, we needed a lot of guidance in regards to applying for a mortgage and the house buying process in general. Dianne was always more than happy to provide us with any advice that we needed. She did all of the heavy lifting in applying for mortgages on our behalf and the expertise that she has is incredible. I will definitely be recommending her to everybody and will be using her again when our fixed term comes to an end.

We were first time buyers, with one of us being in the Army Reserves and receiving fluctuating pay. Other brokers had told us that our income situation was complicated and had also told us to expect the mortgage approval process to take at least a month.

Dianne completely understood our situation immediately and our mortgage was approved in matter of days. We still do not know how she did it! We found a property we didn't want to miss and without Dianne I think we might have missed it.

Dianne responded to all emails extremely promptly and was always available via email early in the mornings which suited my schedule.

Diane is the only good thing in the whole experience of buying a property. Diane took me from having an 80% deposit but no one being able to help to having a mortgage within a week. She has been the only constant positive in what has been a quite frankly torturous experience in buying a property.
