Easy to deal with
I have been insuring 2 of my cats with Agria for a while. There had a very efficient claim processing procedure compare to other insurers i had ever been with. it usually took less than a week for them to come back with decision and settlement after my form/document submission. They are very easy to deal with. I am highly recommended the company

DO NOT BUY A POLICY WITHOUT READING THE REVIEWS
Very unhappy, they are denying a claim and saying that a completely unrelated illness to the one I claimed, was a symptom of the dog's current condition. It was NOT! The condition the are claiming was a "Clinical sign" was COMPLETELY RESOLVED with an antibiotic. Last time I checked, antibiotics do NOT treat diabetes, which the dog was diagnosed with 2 months later.

They cannot even correctly address customers all they do is copy and paste the same reply to ALL one-star reviews. That is how seriously they take their PAYING CUSTOMERS.

I find them useless
I find them useless. Very hard to deal with, very demanding and in the end no payout as various exclusions, excess and deductions are applied. Daylight robbery. Not recommended at all. You have been warned.

Agria no 1 pet insurance provider
Recently submitted a claim for my 5 year old dog. Agria pet insurance have been amazing. Our vet bill with UCD was covered in full 3500 euro less 90 euro excess. The whole experience was seamless and hassle free. Agria made a stressful situation that much easier. I would recommend all pet owners to have pet insurance. Thank you Agria.

Hassle free insurance providers
We had a very unlucky time with our bichon needing 2 x leg surgeries, 5 weeks apart.
Agria were very prompt to help and the money was refunded without any hassle. We had a claim last year for a lump also and I found them to be quick and efficient then too. It provides such peace of mind and is worth every cent.

Everything was done quick and easy
Everything was done quick and easy. Had my dog in the vet on 3 separate occasions and paid up front to the vet.
Forms were filled out and issue on my last vist.
Agria had the claim sorted in 2/3 weeks, and money was refund back into my account.
Regular contact was made and I was kept updated by Agria.

Incredibly easy & quick
Margaret had dealt with my claim and I was unsure if I did everything right as it was our first claim. It was super easy and when I send in the form that our vet filled out, I've had a confirmation next day and an email stating that they reach out to the vets for any documents needed and we don't have to do anything. This was Monday and today I got the confirmation that my claim was approved and the money is on the way. 4 days, no hassle for us! Incredible.
