Absolute rubbish site. When you eventually do get a bonus you get less than you deposit. Don't waste your money. If you have opened an account, my advice would be to close or you'll get robbed!

Avoid I won just over £16300 they have refused to give it to me as I won it on bonus games and I used my money too I have emails off them to say it was my money I screenshotted everything I have now received a email today to say they will give me £500 as a good gesture they are not replying to me now this a fake game. Have played in similar casinos like Ahti and they are not bad. After you make a deposit you are eligible to participate in their freeroll tournaments which is why i mostly return here.

Thieves. I reactivated the account and did a 24 hrs cooling off period as I was previously excluded from a sister site. They let me deposit £10 but wouldn't let play slots, I've asked for my account to be closed and the money to be refunded to me (you can't withdraw less than £20)
I've had an email informing me my account is closed but I can still access it.Please avoid this site, they're scammers

Would give zero stars if I could, Have been trying to get hold of customer services and I have received zero response they don’t reply on their chat ( says it’s live but it’s not if you’ve got to wait 14 hours so far and counting without a response) have email also but they don’t even acknowledge your email and they definitely don’t respond.

I have played at Ahtigames for many years. Games are great and customer service has been generous with bonuses etc. I just had a 100euro bonus after losing streak from Vip manager Robert. Also my Finnish Vip manager Anni has been more than helpful. Cant say I would be making money by playing but I guess thats just the way these things work.

AHTI games is another casino that I have joined recently...this is a Skill on net casino and to date I have had a great deal of good experiences with casinos under their banner unfortunately this is the first extremely poor review of one of their casinos..My bad experience started after I joined I was allowed to deposit up to around £1200 without any issues ...the site did ask me to provide documents which I did ..and I must say the stuff they are asking for is the standard KYC items..which is fair enough ...however as I use casinos on a regular basis I have a pack available that I upload which meets all KYC criteria .. and maybe sometimes depending on the casino I may have to supplement it...anyway after doing this and managing to have roughly the same size balance as my deposits ..I was suddenly locked out of my account ... I know some sometimes these are caused by a glitch ...however when I logged in 2 hrs later it still wouldn't let me withdraw but would let me play ... then after a little while chat feature opened where it said it wanted to speak with me...click that chat...no.one there emailed them..no reply!....the company that owns this casino also owns spingenie which I positively reviewed.. and had a good experience with... so mystified as to why this is so poor in comparison.. obviously they will turn this round on to me and something I have failed to do but to be honest ..I think they are trying to be compliant with their licence company..but their actual human resource is lacking in numbers and you get delays where nothing seems to happen creating an impression that they are not as professional as you would expect from the owners of this brand... to end..I am expecting this saga to go on now... so will update this post in due course..posted 04 Feb 22 ... update.. I have just spoken to their customer service team that tries to identify clients who have issues with gambling... which to be honest is fantastic.. they explained that I had the above mentioned issues because I flagged up on the system nothing more sinister than that and tbh a good thing ..therefore based on the quality of the games and the ease to navigate the site I have updated my review.. I know that they will pay me out indue course as they don't want issues with their licence however as I have found out ..if your a serious player ..they disrupt you and prevent you from playing with all manner of nonsense questions..suddenly without warning freeze your account then ask you to contact them in chat and no one is there..it's a common theme and one that the owner of this and some of the other casinos under the skill on net banner have demonstrated over the last week ..they want bingo grandma's and not serious slot players..if you are a grandma it's probably OK..if your a normal working bloke it's probably not a good casino to use..I will not use these in the future or any other skill on net Casino..avoid
