Is not only this time , is almost everytime , different games played and same thing after a while suddenly apear errors , you have to restart the game. Limited wins in bonus round usually very low , very hard to get bonus round , counterbalance is not working as it should and than weak chances of catching bonus round . I know many things about online casino cause i have a friend that is working in this bussines . You have to many times when you managed games not to pay and not to offer bonus round . All megaways games with a lot of potential to pay are managed , is not normal to play a game and in bonus round 3 times same day to pay me less than a pay in a normal spin ( 1pound 20 , 2pound 36, and 5 pounds .
There's nothing to make believe that i have fair chances. You say games are tested , i dont deny that but when ? That is been happened when you open casino , than nobody is coming to check you . So stop telling silly answer and reasons , i have 48 years so you cant bullshit me .

I know where you keep your offers I recon its been over 3 years since you offered me a bonus spin or a deposit bonus, your offers are dreadful compared to your peers, hence why I hardly ever visit.

Don't respond to emails

Don't respond. Took my deposit then immediately suspend account and ask to verify identity, they then approve all documents but keep me suspended and won't return money. Do not use at all costs.

They replied to this review yet won't reply to 8 emails when asking to sort it out funny that isn't it. Been trying to get a response for the last week.

Very frustrating

Very frustrating. I joined, made my initial deposit to claim my new member reward of free spins..,.but nothing. Was very hard joining the chat, the chat bot was impossible then the ‘real’ person wasn’t much better. Had no idea of new bonus so I had to send a screen shot. Am waiting for the result but it’s put me off bothering.
