Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! 2.5 hours continuous game loading problem, despite done all updates, ect what bit even suggested and Technician Jan never gotten back to me . The service and system Sucks ! Has taken my money and didn’t gave me not even enjoying a full hour of play entertainment whatsoever! Rip off artists of its finest! Takes your money but shuts down mid play of a game, or most times it has loading problems and no sooner one gets to game it shuts back down reloading itself . The gaming commission needs to look into that and not ignore that they are at fault as much the provider for customers money losses and fraudulent behaviour. I have lots of patience but this took the top. They need to take responsibility for their faulty systems actions and not blame it back to customers devices . There wasn’t any entertainment worth such ignorance, but Genting Casino has one of its worst services as my experience has shown . Where is the fun in playing when one don’t even gets to play and their money keeps disappearing??? Trades minister needs to take a look at that closet also !

WOW I play several on line casino slots and I am afraid Genting has to be one of the worst.
We all know how difficult it is to get a bonus but I've never experienced anything so poor. Some bonuses paid absolutely NOTHING yep NOTHING then a few paid under £10. We can't win all the time we all know that but this site is absolutely terrible. Was lucky enough to get a £120 win one night but then it took over 12hrs to get paid plenty of other sites like MrQ and happytiger who seem to have more bonuses and better wins. I've closed my account with Genting as far better sites as I said.

In this case, the winnings you refer to were generated from the bonus funds. Bonus funds themselves cannot be withdrawn as cash; the applicable wagering requirements must first be completed before any eligible winnings can become withdrawable.
From our records, your real-money balance had reached £0, after which the remaining bonus balance was used for play. Although this resulted in winnings being generated, the required wagering conditions had not been completed. The bonus was then cancelled, which also meant that the associated bonus winnings were removed.
We appreciate that bonus terms can sometimes be confusing, but they are displayed with the promotion and apply to the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
