Managed to get a 14kBTU Meaco portable air con during the heat wave with shortage of stock everywhere. Aircare shipped it within 2 days, I’ve only just got it but I think that’s down to Parcelforce rather than Aircare. The retail price was slightly inflated but tbh was happy to pay it because you can’t get these anywhere atm and probably won’t be able to for many months. All set for the next heat wave. Thank you.

I just wanted to say that the compact aircon unit AA put in for us last year has been a complete life saver in this heat wave. It keeps our bedroom lovely and cool in the day. Which is remarkable as it faces the sun and without the unit had been reaching some insane temperatures ! At night on the quiet setting it means a cool blissful nights sleep. Will def be getting a unit for downstairs next . Thanks AA

Excellent customer care. The website doesn't show live stock numbers - but you wouldn't expect that from a small business - and the item I'd ordered was temporarily out of stock, but no issues in getting it refunded. For anyone keen to support small, customer focused businesses, especially at a time less scrupulous businesses will me coming into the A/C market, I'd definitely recommend Aircare and will use them again.

Placed order 9th of July promised 2 day delivery, and still waiting 17th July. Customer who has issues with seizures still waiting for installation . Called company numerous times and promised a call back still waiting, not happy at all !!!! Customer service very poor

I ordered a all in one unit and received a call the next day to arrange the survey and was told then that install *should* be the following Wednesday at 9. I had a missed call the next day and when I tried to call back or email I was faced with the bot answering service and one email response saying if I had had the survey that it should be ok. Wednesday came and I was concerned I hadn't had any further Comms and got through to the man who had done my survey...He explained they had had subcontractors let them down and were very snowed under and playing catch up. I felt he was honest with me and he offered to refund me owing to the delay and I said I'd rather bear with them and I'm very glad I did. Steve did everything when he said he would, arranged delivery and fitters who were great and now I have exactly what I was hoping for. Honestly I feel for them having been caught out by a perfect storm of demand, supply issues and unreliable subcontractors. I think if they could get on top of the admin to get back to queries quicker everyone would be happy. Steve who I dealt with seemed honestly caring and helpful and professional and checked in with me on install day to make sure all was going ok. I would say bear in mind what the market is like this year and bear with them. I would also suggest that everyone hates the bot answering service haha. My very sincere thanks and I hope things get easier for you. All being well I'll be looking to get a second unit for upstairs when I can. Thank you! ac9326

Do not buy from this cowboy outfit. The website looks professional, the service is not. They take your money and never deliver your goods. You contact them via their links and no one ever gets back to you.
Credit card claim now going in.
The other reviews on here are fake going on about how good they are, they are the opposite!

Incredible that they still had some in stock and really appreciate the customer service - especially George. He was honest, upfront and helpful. Looking forward to receiving my AC.

Just taken delivery of a 3.5kw kaysun split unit and I must say a big thank you to George 👍 what a great company/bloke to deal with, he promised he would get the unit to me within a couple of days and true to his word it arrived today after ordering late Thursday 9/7/26. This is the second time I’ve ordered a unit must say I will be using again 💯 % they even threw me a free wall bracket in as a kind gesture. Upon reading some of the negative reviews I would just like to say that every HVAC distributor upon down the country have been unable to cope at this extremely demanding time due to heatwave but I’m sure as all this settles down everyone will get back to normal🤞.
On I final note please try and give them another chance if you’ve been put off and I’m sure things will be great and like I said before couldn’t thank George who works for them enough👌👌👌

Aircare appliances and in particular George have been amazing in this climatically warm period, they (George) went above and beyond. Highly recommend if possible request George.

Customer communication was rude arrogant non professional even though I got my refund I didn’t feel respected as a customer, also let me order something which wasn’t in stock and didn’t bother to tell me until I chased it up wouldn’t use them again reps need major training!

Just taken delivery of my Meaco portable air-conditioner. I can't comment yet on the product but I have to thank the staff of Aircare for the extraordinary service in getting the unit to me in this extremely busy period with stock seemingly going out as fast as it arrives. There was some delay in receiving answers but that's understandable. Outstanding service from Terry in particular and a great gesture as compensation too.

Absolute shambles of a company… orded of there website and they sent me something totally different… ( cheap version ) after over 20 emails nothing at all to rectify the situation… I offered for them to send the correct one out and collect the wrong one.. all as they wanted me to do is PAY again for
