Great product and great installation. When you spend a few thousand on new heating you expect professionalism and reliability and this is what I got.

Dodgy company. They advertise, and take orders for, stock they don't actually have.

We required a replacement Air con/Heater for our offices. Very organised and slick process from quotation through to installation of a high quality unit which we have been delighted with. I would highly recommend this company.

If I could have given 4.5 stars, I would have. The aircon unit was to be fitted on a 75° wall, which was discussed before purchase but the message did not seem to have reached the fitters, who then did a pretty good job of adapting and creating a small cover for the vents.

Shortly after installation a leak was spotted (due in part to the 75° fit) but that was dealt with really well.

Would definitely recommend.

I'm really pleased with the installation, it was done neatly and quickly and I have had no problems at all with it. It was a bit delayed in getting installed due to an issue with a truck on installation day, but they cam the next week and it was all very smooth.

The work, installing a Luxair, was scheduled and completed satisfactorily. We were kept informed prior to the work taking place and contacted afterwards. A professional team and we are happy with the installation.

Aircare Appliances put my interests before an easy sale: I came to Aircare Appliances to order a specific product which I had researched online (monoblock air con). One of the directors phoned me to discuss the install and identified a likely problem (vents would have to go through Mansard sloping wall with tiles, while that monoblock system is designed only for a vertical wall of solid materials). I then got a local builder in who confirmed the assessment. Aircare Appliances could have just taken my money, but instead stopped me from making an expensive mistake. Thank you!

Fantastic Service, from start to finish.
The fitters were on time, very professional fit, no mess lying around. The units are excellent and give good heat when required. The A/C was a godsend on the warm late summer days.
All in all a great job from Quotation to installation. Would recommend Air Care

Good customer service

I had purchased a dehumidifier that was an upgrade from the one I had but when I started using it I found that the controls were too complex compared to the one I had. I explained the situation to Adam, and asked to exchange it for the model that I was happy with. He immediately contacted the manufacturer (a British company) who agreed to the exchange if I would return it. Adam sent me an email with full instructions of how to return it which I followed. While waiting for the refund I went ahead and purchased the new unit, which arrived the very next day. I am very impressed with the customer service both pre and after sales. Thank you, Adam, for resolving the issue without any fuss whatsoever.

He steered me to a stocked Brolin BR7DD that he said would be perfect for my small cellar that I instantly bought.

It arrived day after & it does the job perfectly. Aircare has my vote of confidence and a pleasure to deal with.
