My first order of filters came so damage I could not use them. I contacted customer support to let them know. They asked for pictures of the damaged filters. I sent them and they immediately reordered the filters. The new came in great shape. I believe your company stands by your filters. The response back was quick and thorough. I will keep ordering from you.
Thank you.

Very satisfied and long time customer.
Love the quality of the filters that I have purchased from you, over the years. Pricing is very good, too.

On the plus side, when I complained you did credit me for the purchase and sent replacements. However, the replacements arrived damaged.

Odd size success
Delivered on time and in good condition. Fit my oddly sized blower unit well.

Disgusted and Dismayed
I needed filters, so I paid what was charged. Aerostar 16x20x1 MERV 11 cost TWICE what I formerly paid through Filters Delivered and the Aerostar filters appear to be lesser quality. I will purchase filters elsewhere in the future.

Filters arrived on time
Filters arrived on time. Construction seems to be as described. But, the fit was way too tight. I had to use WD40 to get the filter to fit.
