The size filters I got were larger than advertised and ordered.
The size filters I got were larger than what was advertised and would not fit into my furnace intake. However I didn’t read the actual sizes I just picked the brand I thought I have so it’s my fault mostly. Sorry.

I ordered a 5 by 20 by 20 inch filter
I ordered a 5 by 20 by 20 inch filter. The filter that came had that label on it but the dimensions were all bigger by a half inch and thus didn't fit.

Missing filter in very first order
Missing filter in very first order. They did correct the issue and send me an extra filter, but I had to wait 42 minutes on their website before I heard from an agent.
After the issue was resolved, I didn't get any confirmation about the missing filter being shipped so I had to go back and request a tracking number. Hoping that my next delivery goes smoother, if not I'll have to purchase elsewhere.
