Don’t waste your money
Item took forever to come. When it did I tried it on a few items of clothing at different dampness and materials. What a load of rubbish takes forever to dry the clothes and when they do dry they are still creased. Emailed company for a return address for refund within the 30days and told that I could only return of the item is faulty. They are now not replying to any of my emails.

The machine does work best when the clothes are the right level of damp and the correct attachment is used, but we understand that results can vary depending on the setup. We are always happy to help customers get the best outcome and offer guidance if something is not working as expected.
Regarding returns, our policy currently allows customers to return items within 30 days as long as they meet the conditions set out in the policy. We reply to all return requests, so if you message us again with your order number, we will check this immediately and help you from there.
We want to make sure you are properly looked after, and we are here to get this resolved.

We’ve reviewed your order and wanted to clarify the timeline. The lint remover was delivered successfully on 4 October. The remaining items were shipped shortly after, but we temporarily intercepted that shipment because you informed us you intended to open a chargeback. When a chargeback is raised or threatened, the order goes into a dispute process, so we have to pause fulfilment until it is resolved.
Since those items were not delivered, we have issued a refund for them. If there is anything else you need help with, please reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I’ve been waiting 3 months for my order from Aironox. They kept telling me it was “already shipped” but nothing ever arrived. No tracking, no support, and they refuse to refund me. Completely unreliable company. I do not recommend buying from them.

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been waiting so long. Orders to Bulgaria can take longer than usual because there are fewer shipping routes available, but three months is far beyond any normal timeframe and I completely understand your frustration.
We always provide full tracking once an order has shipped, so if you didn’t receive any updates, something has clearly gone wrong somewhere. Please contact us with your order number so we can check the status and arrange either a reshipment or a refund if the parcel has not arrived.

Do not buy, it does not Iron clothes. When you finally get a refund they deduct postage and you have to pay to have it returned so £40 out of pocket for nothing.

I’m really sorry to hear you feel let down. Our machine is designed to dry and remove wrinkles from shirts, trousers, and similar garments, so if it didn’t perform the way you expected, I understand the frustration.
Regarding the refund, we only deduct shipping when the order is returned for reasons unrelated to damage or a fault. This is explained in our policy, but I appreciate it can still be disappointing. If you feel anything wasn’t handled fairly, please contact us and we’ll take another look at your case.

The owners of this company are scammers. They also have a company called Phantomdecor. They don't deliver anything and keep saying that my order is on its way. I placed the order in April. Don't order anything from them because you won't get anything and you won't get your money back!!!

How do you explain that you have the same address and that the contact details on the phantomdecor website list an email address with Aironox?
I have even discovered that you are using the same IP address.
You asked me to email the details, but now you’re not responding???

Do not purchase from this business. I waited a month for my order as they said they were waiting on goods. Never heard anything so asked for a refund and then they magically said my order had been sent but then received the order confirmation emails which they said were re sends, total lies. Tracking number they have provided still shows no info the items have actually been sent. Misleading people to keep money when items havnt been sent and i requested a refund.

Tracking updates can pause temporarily while the parcel clears customs, but it’s already in the country and will continue updating soon. Unfortunately most probably is a scam
I ordered and paid the iron on 31st of August 2025. As most comments here say I have not yet received a tracking number for the shipment as of today 19th of October 2025. It is more than 1,5 month and every time I communicate with the support mail they confirm that they will deal immediately with my order or that it will be shipped by the end of the week. I even received an email from someone called Adam (without surname) titled as CEO of the company. The last communication was even more unclear. I am afraid I have to do with scammers and bots and I have lost my money. Being a young company (if it is a true company) does not excuse such a bad inventory management. If I will not receive any valid answer about the shipment by 20th of October 2025 I will proceed with all legal actions. At least to save other consumers from this joke.
