I ordered the Aironox over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. Is this a scam ? I’m not getting a clear response from the customer service either about the estimated delivery date. I’ve never experienced this before where orders take months to get shipped

Garbage. Complete scam. Ordered early August, got an email in mid September that my item would be shipped by the end of the month. Still no update. Customer service seems to be AI, the only email response I get is “we are working to get you your item.” Don’t waste your time.

Do not buy from this website. It is a scam. I ordered a machine on this website a month ago, on Sep 7. I wrote to them on September 24, they replied about my order being scheduled to be shipped at the end of September. It is October and I have not received any news about it being shipped. Do not let yourself be scammed, stay away!

Waited over two months for this item. I am sure the shoes and helmet airer are useful however the garment attachment is no use for anything heavier than a light t-shirt.

It’s today September 10-2025 and no machine or email at least saying how long you need to wait. I email already twice and no answer.
Like other reviews said they don’t answer to emails that’s true, and second very sketchy to charge almost $200 but the item not even in stock and have not just me but probably plenty of clients dealing with this frustration.
Very bad customer service I don’t get answer in my next email I’ll just canceled. There’s have to be other companies and machines better and with better experience.
