My purifier quit nearing the end of the warranty period. I was met with an easy process of replacing it. The process was made even easier by the fact that I was emailing with a real human who took the time to reach out and check in when some time had passed before I provided more information. I feel like ANY other company would have just let it go and hope that I forgot to finish the process. Once I provided the necessary information, I had a new one on the way inside of a week. The person I corresponded with (Terry) was super friendly and helpful. We'll see how the product holds up, but in the meantime I would recommend this company and their products.

Per Mail wurde das Problem nochmal verifiziert und sofort ein Ersatzgerät geliefert. Es kam schon am Donnerstag nach Ostern an. I had a small problem with the display on my filter. It isn't really something that warrants replacing the entire device, so they offered to send me a replacement filter. The responses were friendly, quick, and to the point.

With one of their ozone generators, the control knob came off and was lost. Because it was still under warranty, a simple email had a new knob shipped right to me.

This product was so what I needed, I went back & bought a second one. Performance is wonderful. The only issue I had was with the first one, the readout numbers seem to have partially burned out.

Excellent customer service.
I had an issue with my air filter after several months of use - suddenly the numbers shot way up over night and were reading over 300. I contacted customer service and they helped me identify and fix the problem, ultimately requiring me to open up the whole unit and clean a control panel. Although not an ideal solution, it worked! They were very responsive and helpful.

I have airthereal ma10k-pro. Great high quality product, extremely effective and easy to use. Support is responding in quick manner and provides expected help.

WE PURCHASED A MA5000 OZONE GENERATOR FOR OUR HAIR SALON AFFTER COVID STARTED. I STOPPED WORKING SO I ORDERED NEW PLATES AND REPLACED THEM BUT IT DID NOT FIX IT. TERRY HAD ME DO A SMALL VIDEO OF THE MACHINE TURNED ON AND AUTHORIZED TO SENT US A NEW ONE. IT ARIVED WITH NO CHARGE TO US WITHIN A FEW DAYS. GLAD TO HAVE THE SECURITY OF RUNNING THIS MACHINE EVERYDAY IN THE SALON. IT IS SO REFRESHING TO FIND A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Excellent air purifier for my bedroom. I never hear it running loudly, it is very quiet. It has helped reduce the amount of sneezing I do at night.

Warranty support is good.

The only flaw, is the Particle Counter display on top. I have had 2 APH260 models, and both machines had the same failing display after a few months.

This does not affect the purification function at all, but I do miss having a sense of how much dust is in the air after I change the bedclothes, dust the desk and bookcases, etc.

I bought an APH260 in April 2021, partly because it was clear from lackluster public response that COVID would be around for a very long time, and partly because I had started weaving with linen, and wanted to control the dust. The unit was attractive enough that I bought a second, identical unit in September 2021. In January 2022, the LED display on the first unit started to display what looked like partial numbers, as if some of the LEDS had burned out. The manual said that when the display is malfunctioning to discontinue use and contact Customer Support. Based on my photos and description of the problem, Customer Support said that the unit was still safe to use, even though it would no longer give a numeric report of the levels of particles in the air it was filtering (at least, not a readable one). Initially, I was offered a free filter (a $30 value) or a $40 gift certificate to their webstore (a 2-pack of filters is $50). I sort of rolled my eyes, but figured that the particulate measurement might be a cute feature, but it was still just a bell or whistle, and that something was better than nothing. (It's not as if I weren't already accustomed to the idea that warranty services often turns out to involve paying to ship the item and/or a service fee that together cost as much or more than buying a new item.)(I'm talking about you, Sealy mattress.)

I was therefore pleasantly surprised after I said that the gift card was fine, if a bit disappointing, that another customer-service person took over my trouble ticket and told me they had applied to get me a replacement unit! Which duly arrived, and inspired me to write this review.

This product has worked well for us, and is quiet. Tech support - Terry, has been phenomenal in responding to any questions we have had.
Therefore, we highly recommend this product!

One of the LED display bars went dark and I made a warranty claim via email. Terry offered a new machine but I felt that was not yet needed, and we settled on a couple of filters as compensation. Terry was extremely helpful and responsive in ways that I think would be unequaled by virtually any other company. Definitely a 5 star rating.

I love the product- had to ask questions to customer service and Terry was wonderful. I KNOW I had to be on their last nerve with questions and they were wonderful! Replacement filters were easy to purchase and overall I have had a great experience all around.

I have four Airthereal air purifiers and three of them developed problems with the LED display. I contacted the company and they agreed to give me six new replacement air filters as compensation since the LED displays are not critical to the operation of the unit. Terry was very helpful during the entire process.

Just purchased an APH260 and thought the unit wasn't detecting smoke in the air. Contacted customer support an immediately recieved an informative we mail with info on how to test the unit out. Everything seems to be working fine and the unit is very responsive to smoke in the air. Very pleased with the unit and filter replacements are a reasonable price that allows me to change the filters without cringing at the cost of buying a filter.

First, I love the product. I purchased 2 units and have had 4 units purchased by friends and family. One unit purchased by family was faulty. Jane, at customer service, was excellent, going way beyond what is merely acceptable by today's standards. Thank you for being one of few companies that has a great product and customer service excellence.

Terry from the customer support team is wonderful. She goes the extra mile to provide professional, effective and efficient customer support service. I had two very different issues this past month and she resolved both of them promptly. On top of being a very effective customer support representative, she is so professional, warm and kind which makes dealing with problems so much better.
