When my Airthereal B50-PRO developed a loud fan noise under warranty, I was surprised when their customer support responded: "could you please try to let it have a rest in a few days and then turn it on to see if the issue has been resolved?" Setting aside the improper grammar, I understood the point and responded that that "solution" was unacceptable--I needed to use the device NOW. At that point, after reviewing a short video of the noisy fan they had requested, customer service offered to send me a replacement unit, and did so. So five stars for that, but minus one for having suggested that I should wait around for their product to improve rather than being able to use it.

We could no longer read the digital display on our APH260 HEPA Air Purifier.
We reported this under the warranty and we worked via email with Terry. He quickly sent us a new unit under the warranty.
Then he wrote us a few days after we received our replacement unit to make sure everything was ok.
Excellent service and follow up.

Terry @ Airthereal Customer Support was quick to respond when I had a delivery exception and package was sent back. Always responded to messages and sent a replacement promptly. Will definitely do business with again in the future.

I use my Airthereal on a daily basis.
It has become an integrated part of my day to day routine that when it needed a replacement part, I truly felt it's absence and was overjoyed to have a replacement arrive so that I could resume it's use in my daily health regime.

Ordered 2 ozone units but the color I wanted was back ordered so customer service emailed me and offered to ship a different color. The order came even faster than predicted and the units are PERFECT for my needs. I will DEFINITELY be ordering more! The company bent over backwards to make sure I had what I needed. GREAT experience!

Had a problem with the battery, their team did not hesitate to replace it, within 3 days I had a new brand box. Excellent product! Perfect for all type of body grooming.

I was actually a little skeptical of this website at first, but after looking up the reviews of Airthereal I decided to go for it and purchase the flame diffuser. It went very well. After I bought it (before Christmas), they told me they would not be able to ship it until a week after Christmas. I received another email from them saying their inventory was miscalculated, and that I would not receive my diffuser until the end of January. I was a little frustrated, but it was not a big deal. Anyways, they ended up shipping it to me just a week later rather than a month! I love the diffuser too - so cozy and there's a 1-year warranty on it as well. I'd buy from this company again. Thank you!

Excellent product, my first unit did have a glitch in the electronic screen a few months in, BUT I am still giving this 5 stars because the customer service provided from Airthereal has more than made up for any inconvenience I experienced as well as the problem has now been fixed and I am very pleased with my purchase and overall experience. You don't find many companies that still value customer service in the way or at the caliber that Airthereal does. So thanks so much again to the rep that assisted me (Terry) and to the rest of the Airthereal associates for the exemplary service and fantastic product! The "pure Morning" purifier is definitely a smart buy.

The ozone generator works great. The only issue we had was the timer knob broke, but customer support helped with replacing the knob with no issues. A+ for the customer support/customer service.

Terry in customer service was phenomenal. She addressed my needs in a timely and caring manner. I highly recommend this company.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my new ozonator! I run a small medical practice and these days more than ever we are all concerned about the air we breathe. Works like a charm, we just set it as we leave for the day. My package was lost/stolen/Fed Ex delivered to the wrong location, but these guys took it upon themselves to replace my package immediately. Truly appreciate their prompt replies and care!

I give 5 stars because Airthereal are a real company with real ethics and values. Not only does the product do a fantastic job of sanitizing spaces via ozone, customer service is easy to work with should you run into any issues or have any questions.

So auch im vorliegenden Fall eines Ozongenerators, welcher wenige Tage vor Garantieablauf seinen Dienst versagte. Dann kommt es auf den Service des Händlers an und dieser war super. Nach eingehender Prüfung der Beanstandung erhielt ich eine neues Gerät zugeschickt. Vielen Dank dafür

I have six B50 plug-in ozonators (two houses) and LOVE them. No more musty basement. My homes always feel fresh, not purfume-y. I guess the little motors can bonk out, though, and I’ve now replaced four. I didn’t think customer service would honor my second request, but they did, and I’m a customer for life.
