I'm very happy with my product, a Pure Morning APH260 air purifier. Had it for 2 years now and it's running very well and doing what it's supposed to, without being too loud. The couple of times I had a question regarding the product the customer service was quite fast at responding and provided sufficient info.

Back in April 2021 I purchased two APH260 units. Seven months later, one of the units started having display issues and some of the number segments went dark. I contacted Airtheral support and submitted photos of the problem, photo of the serial number, and a scan of the receipt. Since the issue affected the display and not the performance of the unit they gave me a choice of either get a $40 gift card or to ship me a replacement. I chose a replacement and it showed up at my house two days later. Excellent customer service.

i have ordered 6 of these units and had a problem with one. Customer service stepped in to troubleshoot and then decided to send me a new unit which worked great. There was no hassle for replacement. Thanks again!!

The led on both my units are starting to not show the whole number. I contacted the service department and because my unit still fuctions as it should they offered me a on line gift card or a new filter for each unit. Im completely okay with that it was very considerate for them to offer me anything when they didnt have to as far as my units go i love them.

Awesome product! Our basement has a tendency to get “stuffy” during the humid months and this really helps keep things fresh. Makes clothes smell line dried when I use it in the closet too! We put it in the car when it got smelly from being rained in, and attention Hunters… remove human scent from your gear! Last nights dinner still lingering in the air? No problem! Sorry for the rant but it has many more uses than I expected. Customer service was awesome as well. I sent an email after I lost one of the little rubber feet and “No problem miss just send us a picture of what you need”. The replacement arrived shortly after. I was so pleased I purchased a second machine for a family member.

Excellent customer service, helped me sending a new machine because first one was not working very well, new one works perfectly and Im happy with my ozone machine!

Contacted the company when the digital display on my air purifier was not showing properly. I received a response within 24 hours through email. The display was still readable and I was assured that the functionality of the purifier was not affected and was offered a replacement filter to compensate for the issue, which was agreeable. I'm very satisfied with the communication and customer service and would recommend this company.

I ordered my first product (Ozone machine) from them via Home Depot. Product itself arrived great, early even. Problem was, the hard plastic safety door hanger was snapped/broken. I contacted the co directly, sent a pic, asked for a replacement, they promptly sent me TWO and had EXCELLENT communication with me, even when I was so busy, I couldn't always respond! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you!!!

Excellent customer service and warranty support. I had an issue with my air purifier and Airthereal CS worked with me to diagnose the problem, then to replace my unit. CS was very responsive and helpful and an all-around pleasure to work with.

I am completely happy with the product and how my warranty issue was resolved.

Airthereal MA10K-PRO - This model seems to be built on the same chasis as many more different branded ones on the market. The timer dial is of very poor quality and stopped working after a few months. An exact same model (but different brand) had the same problem after 2 months! This can be very unpleasant (or even dangerous given the amount of Ozone it generates), if you believe you have put it in a room for say 2 hours and enter 3 hours later to find it is still working, it can give you a nasty cough - so please beware! Otherwise when the machine works, it's excellent for clearing strong smells! Often branded as 'commercial' they are far from it!

Filter arrived damaged, but Airthereal took care of replacing it fast and professionally! Amazing customer service. Highly recommended.

I had the screen on an Airthereal purifier lose a segment. I emailed the warranty department and they shipped out a replacement unit quickly.

I really appreciated the customer service with Airthereal! I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the air purifier replaced that I had purchased on Amazon but they were so quick and helpful I will always buy their products. This company stands behind their products. I purchased an ozone machine Oct of 2020 and loved the machine. It does a great job and kept my boat smelling fresh and clean. Then I unexpectedly had a problem with the machine producing ozone. I contacted support via their email and explained the issue and provided a copy of my receipt. They shipped me a NEW machine without me having to even hassle with shipping my old machine back! Great customer support, very quick response time and glad to see they care about their clients even well after the sale. Great company, great products, great people!

My ozone generator stopped working, and they sent me a new one. They have good support and customer service.

I purchased two units - one ADH50B for my room, which has worked perfectly, and one APH260, which did not. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement - but at first, they told me the unit was working and offered me a new filter or $60! I told them I wanted a replacement, so that is what I finally received. I did sent proof that the original unit wasn't working.
