Nice album was produced. I thought for the price -more than competitors' prices - that quality would be noticeably higher but it was pretty similar to other photobook companies I have used.

Very easy to use and offered a great range of templates. Delivery was very fast and the quality and colours are fantastic. Will definitely do another project with albumworks.

I have been using Albumworks for over 10 years with many photobooks printer. This was the first time there was a small printing error which gave Albumworks the opportunity to shine. They quickly responded to my concern, provided a voucher for me to get the book reprinted and gave me time to make any changes I wanted. A good company can print your photobooks. A great company treats you well when things don't go as planned. Well done Albumworks.

I am always pleased with the results as I have had a number of albums printed. Albumworks always emails me with how my order is progressing. My last one was of my daughter’s wedding. I loved the new binding as nothing was lost in the middle when you turned the pages. I did get this one reprinted and now have a spare as with the first copy I made the mistake of moving everything too much to the left and right as with the previous bindings you lost some of the picture in the middle where the left and right pages joined. The quality of the cover, paper and photographs were all very good. I have received many compliments for this album with some asking where I got it done. I will be using Albumworks again.

A gifted album for my parent’s wedding anniversary from a recent family photography session - the quality was great, the whole process easy to follow and customer service was good too. My first time using Albumworks, I’ll be ordering again.

I ordered a 11 x 8.5" Classic Photo Book (hard cover). I love the flexibility to use the various page layout templates so no 2 pages are exactly the same. The Hi-Colour printing & Photo Lustre paper has a premium finish which never disappoints. The turn-around from order to delivery is super fast even when sending overseas (6 days- impressive!!). Thank you again, albumworks!

The thick card paper makes Albumworks books brilliant for little grandchildren. The two year old loves looking at herself daily. She excitedly points out all the family and friends. The layflat A4 design with 120 pages is perfect size. I now want to “write” more with easily readable words so she can start real reading from her favourite book.

Album works were very helpful when I made my photo book recently.

The process for making the album is clear and easy to follow. I like the variety of templates and different styles - I dont usually need to make up my own layout. However when I do that is also easy to do.
The delivery is prompt and the product is very nice to handle and look at.

For, photo books take a long time to put together (they have been of the first 21 years of my son's lives). All the way along the process I have found the response to the help function quick and informative. After ordering the books arrive very promptly - within a week - and the photos are crisp and in scale. I would recommend Album works to anyone putting together a book of memories.

This was our ninth photo book from albumworks and the quality has not diminished over that time.
From memory the item was delivered ahead of time which was a pleasant surprise.
As it was a photo book of our granddaughters first 6 years, she and her parents absolutely loved it.
Although not surprising, it is still a disappointment that the printing was done off-shore from memory Singapore.
Overall, I do recommend albumworks.

Quality is not as good as other books I have made. The pages from the side are wavy. Looks like they have been wet I paid for a top quality product and feel I did not get what I paid for. , Sorry but would not be using this product again

Quick processing and excellent quality

I love this company; the photo books always turn out amazing. The staff are helpful, patient and quick to reply to any quires. Books are received in a very short time.

I have made between 40 and 50 photobooks with Album Works over the past decade or more. The albums are of high quality. Support staff are very good when you phone with a bit of a problem.
