very bad experience, with all promises money is not sent, Alfardan is keeping the money on hold and blamming Western Union but in reality situation is very different after speaking to WU. so very bad show of professionalism.

Very Bad Service. No responsibility. No communication on delays. Once you have an issue and you call them, they will clearly tell you ''you may register a complaint''

bad service, i sent money on sep 12, rejected at 18 sep and refund was processed. but till now, 4 oct, no refund, no response, emailed, told the issue was escalated and was waiting for response from other dept, phoned, accent english is hard to understand, suggest me go to local agent of al fardan, while go to local agent, was told, calling 800, email, phone call, live chat, none of them solve my problem, baaaaad service of western union UAE, bad service al fardan, i think al fardan must be going to bankupt, use customers exchange for daily running, or why don't refund our money? it's really a loooooong time.

The worst customer service ever and the worst Suppor team ever some people speak English and some are confused and other do things like immigration officers. While I am told the same things over and over again and copy and paste emails reply watch agent email me to say account is dealing with you refund and other say in WhatsApp message and are supposed to be supervisor- quote-Even in Wu service the transaction is not available to refund!

If you are looking to pay your employee salaries via Al Fardan exchange you are wasting your time. Their WPS service cannot be any worse than anyone else. Their WPS team just doesn't care to get it done ASAP. It is not the first time that I've had enough from these guys. Each time I think they would do better, they just get worse. Each person you speak to on their phone line - the information you get is not in line with the information given by the previous person.
If only trustpilot would have a paid feature to choose a ZERO rating, I'd take that. Yes! That's how bad their WPS service is!!!
It's so unfair for the guys who were expecting to get their salaries on time!!
