I sent money around 4 months ago however couldn’t receive my other account and I had requested refund of my money but no response ım warning to use WU that’s unacceptable they are saving and using your money it’s not first time

Very bad experience with their black travel EZ card .During my trip to Georgia the card is not working , eventhough i tried contact less , swiping and inserting in the machine . Raised the complaint ref 15644177 one week before and still the problem is not solved . I recommend don't use this card . Customers are using the travel card for the sake of convenience. Once the problem happens and no one bothers to solve the issues even after one week ,its a very pathetic service . Thanks for the counter sales exceutive Eric and the manager Nisha to the support they have provided . But i have to say the service from call center and Travel EZ team is very poor .

I am extremely surprised by the work of the company, the money is not transferred or returned. They haven’t made contact, they’ve been unsubscribing with empty phrases for a month now. If you have the opportunity not to use it, I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

AlFardan Exchange/Western union is holding my money (150000 AED) for 2 weeks without any reasons. This is basically a fradulent practice to hold someone's funds without their consent. While refund with any financial institution takes a day or so, with WU it's taking weeks. Customer support is useless.
Will never use this service again and will probably take legal actions against this company. They are playing with peoples savings and lives.

Very cheap service hold hold hold,still hold

I have been transferring funds to my husband's family in pakistan. The transfers are always put on hold. Thinking that resending cancels the previous transaction lo and behold it's accepted. Then I get a notification that the original transfer is also accepted. Seems to me its a way to get the fee twice. Will be closing my account.

Why there is group termination? This is too much. There is a lot of families depending fardan as their lively hood. We can't predict what is going on, what will happen Tomorrow. Job is unpredictable. And they are not providing three months salary after termination. It's really difficult to find a new job in this ramadan period. This is inhuman. Lots of families are there under the sponsorship of Al fardan staffs. They were struggling with small kids to move on. However we never expect this inhuman behavior from management. If u can call back the terminated staffs do it soon. Atleast say the reason of termination. U guys are terminating talented branch topper staffs. Why? Pls do consider their situation 🙏🏻. Why you not renewing visa which expired before two months after termination. Our family visa renewed just three weeks before this termination. We are totally lose. Don't know how to survive this period. Why u r not mention about termination. I can't understand how got terminated these brilliant topper staffs. They are working sincerely and customer friendly whole this long journey. This is hard to leave such a passionated job atmosphere. Anyway i would like to know the reason behind this termination. I hope u will consider the visa renewal for those visa get expire before two months from termination ( February 8)

Worst exchange service in UAE every time I deal with them (cos I had not wanted to) they confirm to me this. I requested change for 500 dhs they replied we don't have it's ONLY FOR OUR CUSTOMERS 😕
I said: so you don't consider me as customer? He said No!!!! Even though it's not the first time I deal with them!

Terrible exchange company and shocking customer service. I would no recommend. I tried to send money to uk but money failed to send and to get my money refunded I have been advised could take 14 days.

Use another company that can actually offer a professional foreign exchange service.

If there’s lower than my rate, i will give it to them. WORST SERVICE EVER! Applied a BDO account and after almost 5 months of waiting they informed me that my atm and passbook got lost.Knowing the confidentiality, they still let this happen. Will never come back again. Waste of time!

They have the worst customer service from western union Uae partner by alfardan exchange. In encountered problem with my account and i cant log it in. Now ive been waiting almost a month for them to fix my problem but up to now no update.very disappointed customer here. I wont recommend this western union alfardan exchange.especially online because when you encounter problem? They can’t help you.

Very bad experience…they said if i send money to this apps easy to and fast minutes I received the money but 4:48pm until now 10:51pm..I didnt recieved my money service is very very bad…bad experience this is my first and last time..

They changed the process. Instead of almost instant transfers to EUR they say it takes 1-3 days. It has been 5 days since my payment has been received and no movement. They clearly use customer's money as free loans. Never again.

Customer service: Chatbot useless, after spending 20 min with the automated system I was connected to an agent. After another 30 min that person admitted that they can't actually do or say anything about the issue.

The hotline the agent gave me couldn't help because they are WU but not Al Fardan. At Al Fardan hotline nobody picked up after 30+ min on hold.

If this wasn't a large company I would guess this is a scam.

Do not send your money through there new application. I sent money more than 3weeks now they deducted the money and didn’t transferred it. Customer service are sending me same emails that following up till now I still have not received my money
