Very good experience

These people are FAKE, they trap people money and put them on hold for 1 1 months, they don't give money back, don't use them they are fake, worst, useless and team is totally useless.

Dear Alphada Management,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had with your customer care team. As a loyal customer of Al Fardan for many years and a regular user of the AlfaPay app, I expected much better service.

Recently, EID expired, and I renewed it promptly, sharing the updated details with your customer care team via email. Since yesterday at 5 PM, I have contacted your customer care multiple times, but to no avail. Each time I called, I was told that the Alpapay team was busy, and my number was taken with the promise of a call back.

It is now 10 AM the following day, and more than twelve hours have passed without any response. I have spoken to several customer care representatives, each giving different responses about when I would be contacted—8 AM, 9 AM, 11 AM, and even 1 PM. This lack of consistency and honesty is extremely frustrating.

This issue should have been a simple matter of updating my details in the app, yet it remains unresolved. The customer care team’s repeated promises and lack of follow-through have been very disappointing. As a result, I am seriously considering deleting the Alpapay app, which is not something I expected to do as a loyal customer.

I sincerely hope this message reaches higher management and that steps are taken to improve your customer service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

2. Customercare email, does not care.
3. Though, their online exchange Services are Good.
4. Call Center Good and human attended.
5. AlfaPay: Apps update cycle is around a month, which is surprising as mobile Apps must constantly be updated for security and 3rd party integration related matters. Does not integrate with UAE Pass properly.
6. Website: Not properly working, you press login/register and nothing happens. That is a clear sign the Unit Testing and Quality Assurance did not do the good job in testing the AlfaPay App as well as their Website.

Hope this helps and generate a necessary actions by the management to improve the quality of their Technology Services.

I'm extremely disappointed with your latest brochure, which has egregiously excluded the southern part of Morocco. This region is undeniably part of Morocco, and your omission is both offensive and inaccurate. As a result, many Moroccans in GCC countries, including myself, are appalled by this misrepresentation and will not be using your services. We are deeply disheartened and feel insulted by this oversight. You must issue an apology and correct this mistake immediately. Only then might we consider using your services again. This error is simply unacceptable.

As Moroccans , we are very upset about you as a famous and big company you should know who to respect the others and special our kingdom so to put an incomplete map is not acceptable at all so please review your branches and make sure to put the right map .

Hi Management,
I'm one of your valued customer for almost 2 years now.But unfortunately,disappointed for the first time with your MONEY TRANSACTION now when sending affliated through BPI instead of WESTERN.Usually,at least 15-30minutes of waiting then the receiver can receive the money sent.
Aside for a higher charge,some instance are doubled,also now its longer process.It can't help for Emergency cases.
It's almost 12 hours but my receiver haven't receive yet the money I sent last night.CASH PICK UP ANYWHERE and GCASH now is not working good through BPI.
Please check on your management with regarding to this.

I am disappointed and frustrated with the poor service I have received from your exchange. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, each time I call, I am told that the matter is being escalated to a higher priority. However, I have yet to see any tangible progress or resolution.

The lack of timely and efficient service is unacceptable. I am still waiting for a resolution to my issue, and it is disheartening to be told that my concerns are being handled, only to be left waiting for an extended period of time.

I am extremely disappointed in the level of service I have received from Al Fardan Exchange. As a valued customer, I expect a higher level of service and prompt resolution to my issues. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen short of my expectations.

This will be my last attempt to use the services of Al Fardan Exchange. I hope that in the future, you will take necessary steps to improve your service and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Your service is too bad for you to inform your client to wait for 7-14 days for the money to be refunded to the account where infact the transaction didn’t go through so the money is with Al fardan now. i send the money as my daughter urgently need it and your staff told me to wait for 7-14 days to be returned to my account. I’ll inform my friends not to send money to this apps to this exhange
