Habe eine Allpowsers R600 gekauft. Die erste hatte einen grellen hohen Piepton von sich gegeben. Dieser Umtausch funktionierte noch ganz gut. (Nur das die immer ein Filmchen verlagt haben und das Nin-und Hergeschreibe ewig gedauert hat)
Bei dem 2. Gerät kam nach 9 Monaten nichts mehr aus einem von beiden USB-Anschlüssen raus. Wieder Film hingemailt..gewartet...gewartet..gemahnt...nichts. Keiner mehr zu erreichen. Jetzt ist es eine Anker. Das sind Welten im Unterschied!!!

First let me say I was going to buy the 1800w inverter test and review because power goes out a lot here and we are older so we needed something for a back up. This company offered the 1800w inverter to me for review, but I made it clear I was going to give an honest review to help people like us that don't have a lot of money but can't be in the dark. So with that said. First the 100 w solar panel. THE NEGATIVE. 1 thing i saw was the American flag, as far as I know not made at all in America, so you can check for yourself, it might just mean they sell to America. However so far these people have been really nice and I told them I was going to be honest and they were fine with that. 2nd The solar panel could be a little hard if windy and you are handicapped to pop right up , but way dorable. Customer service response time was great, but shipping was a little long i think due to the shipping company not them, but still came fast. They have an app that operates the system with a few cool features, but I probably wouldn't use that much but some people will. NOW POSITIVES. WOW light weight, well made, simple to set up and even has kick stands or grommets for hanging and an attached pouch to keep the wires and all different type connectors they supply. I STRONGLY think this is a great buy and if i get the money i will buy more to add on to charge faster. OK NOW THE INVERTER. The INVERTER 1800w is AMAZING. Lightweight but rugged. Easy to read board and 4 yes 4 plugs that can handle a LOT and can operate several things and charge things at once including usb ports and more. The app is very simple, but could be very helpful and connected very easily. It is just wonderful and very simple to operate. You can also charge it from an outlet and it is safe for electronics. I dont give 5 stars easily but this super seeds it. I have seen other units but for the money so far I'm sold. It's AWESOME, definitely makes us feel safer. If i didn't think so I would say it. I'm gonna start testing the inverter, but if it does everything this good as it is now it's a no brainer. I'm not a professional, just an old guy who needs a good set up. NOW MORE ON THE inverter. I don't really see any negatives and I'm shocked. This 1800w inverter can handle a LOT. I'm so impressed. I think if we or you had a long power outage you would still have to be smart but I think you wouldnt lose food and we could even alternate a 1500w heater if needed, Charges super quick plus you can use the solar panels. I would strongly recommend the strongest solar panels for your unit. You can also charge your phones, laptop and essentials at the same time. I think this unit is amazing. It really seems well put together. I'm going to try to even get an extra unit when I can. When our power goes out it's tough on us. I will also tell you what makes it nice is you really get to see how many watts you are using before you overload it, but the good thing is it has a protector built in. Also really crazy but you can also lay 2 phones on top of the unit to charge magnetically. I really don't give out 5 stars. I am given 5 stars based on my opinion. I'm impressed. I would say I think this company is honest and fair. I think in the beginning they might have had some hiccups, but I personally think they are trying hard to do things right. From what i understand there a bit smaller but trying to work hard getting things right. I would still say check them out for yourself, but I think you would be happy with them. Bought a 1500w unit, worked well for about 1.5 years. Then it died, it had a 5 year warranty, so i emailed the company, they were good until i asked about the warranty....then they ignored me. What a waste of money. Sent to a third party...the unit was beyond repair do it was disposed of. Turn put there is an email that isn't listed on their website for amazon products, but their other customer service team keeps it a secret also.

I bought a powerbank a little over a year ago. Recently had an issue where I lost my charger. All powers sent me out a new charger, free of charge. Later, the powerbank stopped working. Allpowers said it was still under warranty and asked I return the faulty device. They have now sent me a new powerbank. Can not fault this company, they have been brilliant from start to end and the products are second to none

I purchased a 700 watt generator, with 605 watt hours, a great budget purchase at $300. It powers my projector for 3 movies (more than 2 if long). It powers my wet/dry vacuum for an hour (How does this thing power a vacuum?). A five star rating seems to undervalue the product.

The 3 things that stands out is the watt hours, the long lasting warranty, and great cusomer support.

Most other generators offer half the lifespan all powers provides. Typically a 600 watt generator does not have 300 watt hours. Allpowers is like a generator on Viagra.

Long lasting warranty. When I purchased mine it was 18 months, though I never needed it.

Any concern I have had I received a response immediately. And my issue was on me, not the product. I had left my generator in storage for several months and had a slight difficulty recharging it. I just needed patience for it to get going again. That and start charging it with a phone charger to get it up and running again.

I have no idea how the rating is so low. I suggest the poor reviewers re-evaluate the situation.Trust me when I say this generator is awesome, And has change my life for the better... Though in a small way. Lol.

If ever I need another generator I will definitely come to Allpowers first.. Though, I may purchase It through Amazon, depending on the price and delivery. Lol

Al poco de tenerla dejo de funcionar la carga ac, pero la solar funcionaba, la e usado muy poco y ya a muerto no hace nada, garantía se supone pero no, no contestan, el que compre allpowers que reze para que valla bien, si no a co.ersela con patatas

I have had 4 of these units now and two with the same issues fault codes will not turn on hold a charge, one with smoke coming from the c-port the other would not hold a charge.
Spoke with Allpowers to see about getting sorted out and have none of these now I see why! Said would pay difference to upgrade to different unit as over a year old now, will not let me do it through Allpowers and get told must do it through Amazon this will cost me £200 more than through Allpowers website.
It’s nothing to do with Amazon no more as over a year, Allpowers new unit R1500 £699.99 Amazon R1500 £899.99 Its disgusting they can treat customers like this when they know the unit S700 is a faulty unit when being manufactured.
Please be careful if you buy this unit, check different manufactures that are more reliable and deal with you correctly.

Poor company, power station power supply died within 2:months and they dont sell replacements. Also emailed for details of power supply but no response. poor company.

R1500 Powerstation bestellt im Movember, geliefert im Januar nur eine Powerbank im Wert von 30€. Mehrfach reklamiert, aber haben endlich geantwortet, dass ich die Lieferung erhalten und bestätigt habe. Habe mit Anwalt gedroht. Dann stand plötzlich ohne jede Ankündigung das Paket Ende Januar mit der richtigen Powerstation vor der Haustür. Keine Rechnung. Egal, war froh. Allerdings im Ende Mai dann der Fehler, dass keine Ladung mehr erfolgt. Jede Woche geschrieben und reklamiert. Nie wieder eine Antwort erhalten. Bitten und drohen hat nichts gebracht. Den Anwalt spare ich mir. Schade, landet auf dem Müll. Warne dringend vom Kauf bei ALLPOWERS ab!

Die Station R 2500 ist leider mit Fehlern übersät.... eine Autarkie ist nicht möglich da eine Aufladung zu 100% nicht möglich ist, die Station schaltet dann komplett ab, der Kundenservice antwortet....dann ziehen Sie den Solarstecker ab !!!! Der nächste Fehler bei über 90 % Ladung und zuschlagen der 230 Volt spielt das Gerät verrückt und schaltet ein und aus !!! Wie gesagt, Autarkie unmöglich!!! Meine Bewertung auf der Website von Allpowers wurde gelöscht, obwohl ich immerhin noch 3 Sterne vergeben habe!!!

I bought 3 x 200 watt monocrystalline portable solar panels from this company in 2022 to charge a Bluetti EB200P power station. All of the panels have failed within 2 years.

One panel caught fire in 2023 but the seller ("allpowers_au" on ebay) replaced it with a different product that seems to work well. Because of other events, I neglected to report the second panel when it also failed within the 18-month warranty period. When the third panel failed in 2024, I contacted the company, which referred me to the seller, which suggested I buy new replacement panels.

The Allpowers panels were heavily promoted through an Australian Bluetti owners' Facebook group as being virtually identical to more expensive Bluetti panels. Perhaps they were just the ones that didn’t make the grade. Disappointing.

Allpowers is a company you cannot trust. I was a victim of their questionable and disastrous practices. I bought the R3500 model which never worked and the one which was replaced after almost 3 months only worked for 10 days. In addition, I was unable to get a refund because the 6 month deadline was exceeded because it took several weeks to respond. I strongly advise you not to buy their products. I lost almost 2000 euros and I will file a complaint to get my money back or to have a model that works.
Allpowers est une société en qui vous ne pouvez pas avoir confiance. j'ai été victime de leurs pratiques douteuses et désastreuses. j'ai acheté le modèle R3500 qui n'a jamais fonctionné et celui qui a été remplacé après pres de 3 mois a fonctionné que 10 jours. En outre je n'ai pas pu me faire rembourser car le délai des 6 mois a été dépassé parce qu'il prenait plusieurs semaines pour répondre. Je vous déconseille fortement d'acheter leurs produits. J'ai perdu presque 2000 euros et je porterai plainte pour récupérer mon argent ou avoir un model qui fonctionne.

Vor längerem über ebay eine powerstation S300 bei allpowers gekauft - wenig später blieb das Display dunkel. Seitdem versuche ich Kontakt zum allpowers Service herzustellen. Manchmal erfolgt eine Nachfrage nach Daten, die Sie bekommen und dann ist wieder Funkstille Dieses 'Spiel' mache ich nun zum xten Mal mit .... ohne jeden Erfolg.
Empfehlung: Kein Produkt bei/von allpowers kaufen! Es gibt keinen Support danach!

Die Firma allpowers reagiert nicht auf Anfragen bzw. Reklamationen: ich habe eine 200W flexible Solarzelle gekauft. Es liegt zwar eine Spannung von ca. 30 V an, es fließen aber nur ca. 10 mA Strom, so dass eine Powerstation keinen Ladestrom registriert. Ich habe zwei Emails geschickt und es kam keinerlei Reaktion
Ferner habe ich ein faltbares Solarmodul gekauft und möchte es wieder zurückgeben, da es für mich doch nicht so geeignet ist. Laut Internetseite soll man in diesem Fall eine Email schreiben und es wird versprochen, dass man innerhalb von 24 h eine Rückmeldung erhält. Zwischenzeitlich sind 2 Wochen vergangen und ich habe immer noch nichts gehört. Eine Telefon-Hotline gibt es nur in China. Deshalb kann ich nur raten: Hände weg von den Produkten dieser Firma. Sie wollen nur verkaufen und kümmern sich in keinster Weise um Reklamationen.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could! I bought one of their power stations. It came with a 5 year warranty.It did not even last a year! Bought it on Aliexpress. Aliexpress tells me to contact the sales,which I did! After playing email tag several times with sales, which did not help! I contacted Aliexpress again.They agreed to take the unit back and give a replacement.

At this point I did not trust Allpowers or Aliexpress. Allpowers sent me a prepaid lable. The problem was the label, had a return address of another person in another state! This told me the label was a scam, why not put my return address on the label?? Don't buy from this company, unless you want headache returns or your blood pressure going up, from dealing with them!

He takes the money for the goods immediately, instead of sending the purchase, he sends a fake tracking number. when filing a complaint, he claims that he is on vacation due to the holidays and then he does not answer any questions, he does not answer me, he does not answer questions from the bank and PayPal. He changes his online name to various variations to hide the fact that he is a thief

Bought a Allpowers S700 a good 1.5 years ago. Stopped working last week, completely dead. Customer Support doesn't care anymore. Stay away from this company with cheap quality products at all costs!
